All the other tabs seem to load without any delay, only the app tab does not load. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the software, rebooted a couple of times and tried to activate the download of the Premier Pro via the website, but it still doesn't load in the desktop application.

I see that you have some problems with the judgment of some installation of HP software to run on your PC of Windows 10. I can help you with that.
To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:
- On your PC, press CTRL, ALT and DEL keys at the same time.
- Click Start Task Manager.
- Select the HP software from the list.
- Click end task.

The problems started only within the past few days. It's like something has hijacked my computer. Programs will not open from the desktop but will if I go through the beginning, the road to programs.
