  I have 1 recovery disk that came with my equium, have not used before.
  It says on the back of the envelope of recovery disk 'insert the first diskette.

  I guess there should be a second?

  All I have a black and white sticker that is on the side of the box, it came in, but it was so long ago.

  I'm having a lot of problems with windows install does not and many others.
  Windows updates do not work either and I tried to correct those, but a clean reinstall of the operating system has been recommended.
  Now, at this point nothing will install because windows setup will not work.
  So I think I wil lhave to try a clean install, but I do know that the cd player works.

  I got a great run on this laptop, little slow today for my needs, but all very good product, purchased in 2007.
  With a clean OS and 4 GB of ram that could last for years, cannot afford a new right now.
  I really tried to avoid using a disc of recovery in the past, as I have never had problems until now.

  I m wondering why you get this disc with your laptop, why? Because I do not have the recovery disk, but I had to create one using the Toshiba recovery disc creator software
  But my laptop is more recent that your A210 might be the reason why you have this drive

  This is not necessary because your system has already been activated.

  But I recommend you backup your personal data, because the recovery disk would format the whole HARD drive and you will lose the files.

  We run a Cisco Anyconnect client with a router IOS environment (2921) as the lead aircraft.

  We have upgraded the client package on the router to the latest version 3.1.13015. After installing this package on the customers, we discovered a bug. Windows-based computers are not able to establish a VPN connection more (authentication and auto-package-level still works, but then an error message is displayed ("unable to cannot" or similar).)

  I returned the package on the router back to an older version (3.1.11004), but is not beeing auto-installe when a client with the new version (buggy) connects.

  Is it possible to configure the router to force a downgrade to the customers, or is the only way to workaround to manually uninstall the package on clients?

  No you can't auto-downgrade the station clients.

  Unfortunately, you will need to uninstall it from the client end, then get the right package (older) of the router.

  As a round trip network is, in the best cases, the order of 10 milliseconds, it would mean that 158 000 back and forth network would consume seconds 1580 or about 26 minutes just networking air before adding in time for Oracle to generate results or the customer to do something with the results.

  Table extraction generally reduced this problem by allowing the client to fetch more than 1 row with each round trip.  If you pick 100 lines at once, you have need of round-trips of 1580, which would take 15.8 seconds in our environment of hypothetical return of 10ms.  If you get 1000 rows at a time, you have 158 network trips that would take 1.58 seconds.  But, of course, is not really as simple as that.  Network packets are not arbitrarily size so the lines you are great and go look for these lines, the packages more you exchange which makes extraction individual times more.  This means that network fetch load reduction is almost certainly less linear on a reasonable range of fetch sizes - maybe the example of 100 line passes 30 seconds on fetch of network load and the sample line of 1000 passes 10 seconds.  As with anything, you want to compare in your environment with your data to see where your application gets the best performance.

  As for what the customer is displayed, it is a question for the customer.  I guess the customer is written to view independent progress of the fetch size.

  It doesn't mean ANYTHING. The only one which indicates that this number is a specific download server, nothing else.

A hard reset solves the problem, but the problem occurred on & repeatedly.

  I have a number of customers with machines that are fully licensed with XP, XPe or Vista.
  Each of these clients have a device that we have created, piloted by drivers custom within the OS.  The operating system will sometimes funny (corruption, etc.) causing the device to not function.
  I decided to create a diagnostic utility to check whether the fault is in the operating system, driver or device.  Because the fault could be deep in the operating system, the only way I can see to do is through WinPE
  I searched the net, but can do not seem to arrive at an acceptable legitimate answer... So here's my question.

  The plan is to create a unique distribution and add drivers to it that we encounter different machines.  I know it's frowned upon to speak Hirens on a MS site, but something similar to that (I won't use Hirens because I want that it is completely legitimate)
