The Apple 2 Configurator - iPads reset randomly
Hello, I recently setup one set up 43 Mini 2 iPad using Apple Configurator 2. It is a pain in itself but I have finally all the settings and I work as they wanted.
Since then, a nightmare began to fall apart. Ipads have decided to get back at random, at different times and are on-screen apple 'start '. Thus wiping all my small a pre configured options. The common message I received is that they worked all day, then put on fees / locked screen. They returned to the iPad and it has somehow restarts.
I tried to find out why this happens, but find it very difficult, the possible answers are:
- Code entered incorrectly too many times triggering own iPad outside
- An update from apple is "accepted" by the user, downloaded in the background then installed when they were not using it. Release of the iPad to wipe himself.
This could explain reset randomly, the amount of time needed to download the software update can be faster / slower on some devices. There was a report saying the site I pre-installed ran really slow... it could have been because of the download. - Hardware problem
Unfortunately, that's all I can offer, my gut says the update it the cause of this. But an update shouldn't wipe all my preconfigured information if it's in a supervised State. I'm almost 100% sure I ticked the option do not allow updates... maybe I'm wrong.
Just a side note, I downloaded and updated all iPads to the latest iOS, before they were sent out (that was last Friday).

Same problem here with the iPhones.
Started deployment becomes a big batch of iPhones and many have started to return to the start screen.
First of all, I thought it was matter of iPhone 4S. Then did their setup differently, always the same thing.
Watching began in our mdm Airwatch server settings, have not found anything that could have an impact on it.

Dear HP support,
We have several HP LaserJet P2055x with tray 3rd in an office of the customer.
Each printer has a paper sizes A6, A5, A4 configured (inside and out).
From time to time (randomly, but usually about weeks) one or two printers are changing their <->tray paper size configuration (done web gui and see there too). That is an old configurazion of (from 1 to 3) 'A6, A5, A4' going to "A4, A5, A6" or "A5, A4, A6.
The two affected flatbed printers different configurations:
1 A6, A5, A4
2 A6, A4, A5
they are on the same network and configured on Mac OS X computers.
My first thought was that the 3rd tray (extension) has established relationships that got "lost little time' by the movement through the cleaning stuff - leading to this"automatic reconfiguration"of the printer.
What can we do to "fix" / "hard wire" the bins of a document format?

I think that firmware will fix two issues that the format of the trays should not change randomly. So once we have upgraded the firmware should fix the two issues of the printer.

Yes.
IOS or system caches are called "Documents & Data" or D & D for short and 'others '. They can be seen by plugging your iOS device on iTunes - on the Summary tab down there will be bar display accurately. They cannot be deleted. The only way to reset is to do a system restore. A restore will reduce the size of D & D and others, but they will start to grow again. However, applications have caches that can be deleted. Safari for example > you can delete all Cookies and data. For other applications, it depends on the application.
The system restore. First save your device via iTunes. Also import your photos on your computer and copy all the data if possible. Reconstruction of the support first test and test. If this does not help, you may need to restore as a new and reconfigure from scratch as the backup may be damaged. It is important to have your photos and your saved data separately from the backup. Reset your network settings.
Settings - general - reset - reset the network settings
Reset your device. This will not erase your data stored on the phone.

- Press and hold the Home button

Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings
If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

As a final step, try recovery mode. Turn off your unit, then plug it to your computer with the hold home button. Hold down Home button until you see the logo of iTunes on the screen of your device. iPad does not turn on/just the Apple logo and then turn off again
I have an iPad, 4th generation, 64 GB with WiFi and cell phone, it is only 3 years and suddenly I can't turn on the iPad. When he started to act up it would freeze upwards with no icons or the button "home" in response, still on the screen, that he was freezing. I was able to restart it with the top button and it would work for 10-15 minutes and freeze no icons or the button being sensitive at home. Here is a brief description of my situation.
I live in the Canada and travel in the USA, frequently, I discovered if I leave my iMessage on my active ipad (and leave it at home) and iMessage is also active on my iPhone so if someone sends me an SMS it will go to my iPad at home and not my iPhone I have with me.
The way to remedy this is to extinguish iMessage on my iPad, until I leave while I get all of my text messages.
Now the question I have is this last trip, I went to active iMessage and he keeps asking my Apple ID and password... I put those in correctly then it takes me to the Apple Web page?
It gives me is no longer the option when I'm in the settings under iMessage to toggle. I'm going straight to the iMessage icon on my desktop and that open and I receive the same Apple ID and the same thing happens?
Now on my iPhone 6 only some of my text messages are going to those that I send messages?
I entered my information several times, I turned on my iPad/off several times and nothing changes?
The last thing I did was to reset my password for Apple... Nothing has changed?
