  I'm new to the world of BlackBerry development and confused about some things. I am developing an application using Sencha Touch 2, but I need to have the Push Notifications. I understand that this is something that can be done through the API WebWorks, but I was under the impression that you could use the framework WebWorks or Sencha Touch 2 framework; they are mutually exclusive.

  I recently read a post on the forum, which would seem to contradict that, someone had integrated the functions of the WebWorks API in their project of Sencha Touch 2. Could someone give me an idea of exactly how do you it?

  On my iMac, the last OS X El Capitan.

  For an example, so I mediainfo application on the app store and it works fine, no problem.

  I did a search and don't see you mediainfo application anywhere on the disc hard mac.

  I have a copy of super duper of my HDD on an external hard drive that probably the application it but can it really be getting the external application and adding it to "open with" menu and launch the application from the external hard drive? If yes then this is not cool...

  I also noticed right on a PDF right-click, open with Watch 2 entrances of Safari 2 on iBooks, google chrome 2, all are an old version and one is a more recent version, where could he be getting from and the addition in the menu "open with?"

  I use the latest released version of the jQuery Mobile BB10 theme to develop my apps. I have some questions on how to implement the Application Menu (or sliding down):

I understand the instructions for user interface while the Application Menu is no longer an overlay on top of the current screen (because we are used to seeing in the PlayBook OS 2 applications)? Is the Menu of the Application requires to press the entire page (or screen) down to display the menu buttons?

  2. the Application Menu included in jQuery Mobile BB10 theme, or do we need to implement the set up menu and keys by using a custom code? It is relatively easy to implement this function. I just want to make sure my code matches what is in the BB10 theme.

  I don't think JQuery UI BB10 theme includes a blow in the drop down menu, but the implementation of the menu to slide down to BB10 in WebWorks is not set in stone. In fact, it is very expensive (side performance) to go down the whole container to reveal the menu, therefore a superposition of the top does work better in my opinion.

• Sencha Touch not displaying icons only not the Playbook Simulator

  I see this weird problem. I wrote a simple Webworks app using Sencha Touch. It works fine on the desktop browser. However, on the Playbook Simulator, I see a few flaws. For example the standard icons not displayed. See the pictures attached to the difference:

  I know that's not a consolation, but when I tried the latest version of PlayBook on the physical hardware toolbar buttons work fine.

  When you change your application, the close method is not pushed directly so I think that you look elsewhere this

  Try to use the Application Switch with an application example - say the sample HelloWorld application.  I think he won't, which suggests that the problem is in your application.

  There are three places to look:

  (a) the Application disable method is pressed when the request is sent to the background.  Maybe you have coded it and it closes the application

  (b) you have a certain type of background processing controls (isForeground()) and reacts according to what it finds.

  (c) in the method onObscured() to one of theFields/screen on the display at once.  .

  Other than that, I think you're looking for a general bug in your application.  The starting point is to look at the debugging log when you do this - look for anything from your application you consider odd.
