The browser crash

After using a table VI in the web browser, when I close the page (by closing browser, closing tab or go to another web page), the browser crashes with this error message:

Unrecoverable internal error: 'MemoryManager.cpp', line 437

It is a known problem (AUTO ID 127044), that has been fixed in the new version of LV RT 8.6.1 update (see the File Readme LV RT 8.6.1)

Since you have LV 8.6 I am sure you have too of the SSP. Thus, you will receive the latest version of LV in a few days, if you are not yet receiving!

In the case, you can contact your sale reference NOR and check the possibilities of upgrading to the new version.

Have a good time!

  • 37 of Firefox crashes when you use the browser of peacekeeper test

Hi guys, I've updated my browser Firefox 37 and it crashes on me whenever I use the browser of peacekeeper test. I had no problem using the website in the past. Whenever I update my browser I have run the test to compare previous results as well as compare results with Google Chrome.

It works very well with chrome, but crashes 2 minutes FF37 test. I tried to run in Mode safe as well, but it still crashes. My plug-ins are up to date and I tried a refresh as well. I don't have any other applications while running the test, just the browser was opened with a tab. I am running Windows 7.

Hi @user293, @jscher2000 , and @cor-el, thanks a lot for your comments and help with this question, I've had. I tried to disable WebGL and ran to guardian of peace, and it worked well. There is no crash.

    How to disable WebGL: [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardwar...]

I guess now disabled shouldn't really pose a problem for me? When the new version of Firefox was released in may, I'll turn on WebGL and see if this problem has been resolved.

Thanks again for your help guys... it is very appreciated!

  • * Fixed! (I hope!) * Firefox crashes / accidents by clicking on the Browse button to upload files

I was about to put this problem here but I found a solution, I wanted to make this post so I hope that others may benefit.

I checked all the current solutions on the Forum, but none of them worked. To reinstall Firefox, creating a new profile, disabling and troubleshooting plugins, start in safe mode, by unchecking the option "expand to current folder" in files from Microsoft Explorer... I even ran ' sfc/scannow' in an elevated command prompt and rebooted my computer. Nothing.

However, I went browsing on other forums and someone mentioned a program called CCleaner. I had used this program years ago and knew that it is reliable, then I installed once more and clean Windows, my apps, and the registry.

It worked! Difficulty easy and nice I wish I knew about 3 hours ago. I hope that this has helped others out there, you can find CCleaner here: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download

Let me know if this helped!

(EDIT: Nevermind, the problem came back.) (Help?)

Thanks for your help John, fortunately I managed to solve the problem. You were right, it was based on Windows. I noticed that there are a lot of people with this problem and almost no solution. So frustrating! For those who have the same problem, what I did. I hope it'll work for you.

1 Start computer in "Safe Mode with network. Press F8 on your keyboard while your computer starts up, until it's in Windows. You should be able to select this option. Check if the problem still persists. I hope not. It didn't with me so then...

    2. I did a clean boot of my machine, to make this early success, type "msconfig" in the search box, and then press ENTER. Click on the 'general' tab, then 'selective startup '. Clear the checkbox "Load Startup items". Now, go to the services tab, click "Hide all Microsoft services", and then click on 'Disable all' for all that is left. Click OK, and then restart.

To see screenshots of this process, go: here. And click on what operating system you have. This will also explain what you should do after you did a Reboot own. Follow the instructions and I hope it solves your problem.

It is a Windows problem, because it mainly affects browsers the amount of troubleshooting on this subject in the browser support forums is staggering. Without what I see, I looked for hours trying to solve this problem.

I hope that this will help people who come here looking around for a similar question.

Once again, thanks to John99 and Wesley Branton. I'm sorry I may have lost your time!

  • Bookmarking in browser crashes the browser to empty bookmark dialog box!

Someone at - it see this one!

    1. I deleted the history, cache and all my favorite.
    2. If I call any page and try to bookmark, I get hooked to an empty bookmark - no page info dialog, cannot select icon!
    3. Cannot cancel or save or anything - I leave the browser!

I can't bookmark! However, by saving the page to the Launcher works fine (using the same dialog box or one like bookmarks)!

Well I fixed it, BUT it took a total reload of WebOS with webosdoctor to do!

    See:

    http://www.WebOS-internals.org/wiki/How_To_Recover

That put me back to WebOS version 1.2.0 (was 1.2.1) but Bookmarks work again. Upgrading to 1.2.1 even now.

Only thing I can think of cause is to have some patches installed and do the 1.2.1 upgrade.

If all the patches be removed PRIOR to installation of the updates, I wonder?

  • I restored Firefox to its default settings, but the slowness, crashing and nonresponse are not resolved

    Hello colleagues-Firefox users.

I followed the Commission indicated in the Support article on the slow, crash, etc. by restoring Firefox to its default settings. But the problems go away. The remains of the slow browser and still gives me error messages on a non-compliant script or plugin and crashes. To make matters worse I don't see the menu on the top tool bar items, I was so used to using, such as file, editing, display, etc.. I very often used the display menu to zoom on texts that are too small for me to read. Now I can not do. I tried to drag icons in the menu on the upper right of the page on the top tool bar above the address bar, but it is not the same thing as what I used to use before, and there is no File, Edit, View, tools in the menu icons. So now I see my g-mail Inbox in tiny little characters. I tried to use the Magnifier suggested in the troubleshooting of support page, but it's too heavy so I gave up.

Would someone kindly please help me with these questions? Thank you much in advance.

    Kind regards
    Tom Graciano (globmart)

If the zoom is your problem so just try to use the keyboard.
Hold down the control (Ctrl) key + "+" to zoom in any window.
Otherwise if the crash occurs suddenly so just try to uninstall and reinstall Firefox with the update. You brought a lot of changes manually, it might create problem. So reinstall once and check whether it is at your service.

  • Everytime I open Firefox 29.0.1 I get the screen crash report why

Everytime I open Firefox 29.0.1 I Get the screen crash report I want to restore the tabs, as far as I know that Firefox crashed. This started after I upgraded to Ver 29.0.1

Rather than do a uninstall complete, you can try this:

    Create a new Firefox profile

A new profile will be your plugins installed by system (for example, Flash) and extensions (e.g., security suite toolbars), but no themes, other extensions or other customizations. It should also have databases of completely fresh settings and cool a cache folder.

Out of Firefox and start in the profile using Start Manager > Search box (or run):

    firefox.exe -P

Any time want to switch profiles, exit Firefox and return to this dialog box.

Click on the button create a profile. I recommend using the default location suggested, in other words, do not click the button to choose a different folder. Then launch Firefox in the new profile that you have created.

If you browse around, exit, reboot, etc, the problem continues?

When you return to the Profile Manager to return to your normal profile, you might be tempted to use the button to delete the profile. It's a little too easy to accidentally delete your 'real' profile, so I recommend you to resist the temptation. If you don't want to clean up later, I suggest to make a backup of all your profiles first in case something go wrong.
