  I just tried to connect my Satellite R630 with my LCD TV with a HDMI cable. However, the image on the TV was not all screen, with the HDMI 1 port (my TV has 3 HDMI ports), there was still the black space of 1.5 inches.

  I was wondering if there is anything I missed? The connection with the TV was very good with a good old VGA cable. Thanks for any advice.

  After having made the switch to Windows 7 a few months ago all went well on my tablet. Then a month later, the driver is dead, I installed a newer version of the Tablet for W7 and since then Ive had nightmares about the touchscreen feature of the tablet.

  Since a week or two ago, the pen feature began to die too. I'm almost certain that what ever issues im having is not related to the tablet itself but my machine.

  When the active window is not photoshop, my pen can control the cursor on any position on the screen, but once that photoshop is the active window, I can control only the upper left corner of the screen. Ive tested it on a few apps, and the same thing is happening on the Fireworks, After Effects.

  Using an Intuos 4 and Windows 7, I had a few problems with CS5.

  He told me that the drivers have not been completely installed.

  Here's what he told me to do.

  1. Open the Start Menu
  2. Open the Control Panel
  3. If in category view, click on hardware and sound
  4. Under "Devices and printers", click on Device Manager
  5. After opening the Device Manager, go down to "mice and other pointing devices" and click the menu drop-down
  6. If you see two categories of "mouse HID-Compliant" , click on each of them and find the one that says 'Virtual HD Driver Wacom' under 'Location'.
  7. Once you have found the right device, click the driver tab, then click the Update driver button
  8. Click Browse my computer for driver software
  9. Click Browse -> computer -> Program Files -> Tablet / / OR type in the box " C:\Program Files\Tablet " and make sure you have the option "Include subfolders" is checked.
  10. Click Next
  11. And it should update itself.

• Color variation of Windows 7 on two screens despite the correspondence of the monitors, model, connection & settings

  I'm managing about 20 machines to windows 7 64 bit, but have noticed that, in each of them with two screens, there is a slight color variation (right monitor being darker and more colorful) between the two monitors despite the monitors of the same brand and model (workstation make & models vary).

  As a test I switched monitors and the problem remains.
  I also tested the type of connection cable / in case the fault is due to the difference between VGA/DVI but the prob persists indicating is not the screen, indicating that it is to the BONE (the denominator) as graphics cards vary also in the brand/model.

  What worked for me was to adjust IE from within IE using the drop-down menu of the Page then Zoom and the size of the text until I had him where I wanted.  Then I closed it and all of the following openings open like this was closed (which is now the default behavior).

  Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

  If that suits him fine. If this is not the case, use system restore to go back to an earlier date at the beginning of the problem. To run system restore, click Start-> programs-> Accessories-> System Tools-> system restore. Click on the box that says show more restore points.
