The clock on my new HP P7-1020 with Windows 7, AMD Phenom II 960 t does not observe the exact time.

I set my clock and it keeps for a few hours and then starts to lose time.  Normally, it's time, it's fake.  Currently, he lost three hours.  The minutes are correct.   Any thoughts on a solution?
