  Please, try the following steps:

  1. open the desktop creative cloud application.

  2. click on the icon 'speed' to bring up the menu.

  3. with the menu remains open, hold down the CTRL key.

  4. all holding the control key, choose "exit".

  5. wait a few seconds (about 1 minute).

  6 remove this directory:

  C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\CoreSync

  7 repeat the creative cloud desktop application.

  Lately every time I start my computer I'm greeted with this message:

  I uninstalled CC using the application to be uninstalled and redownloaded and reinstalled and still the problem persists. The desktop application is a PIA since I started using it with the window that appears most of the empty time. So I quit using the activity monitor and then restart.

  I had a problem lately. "Please reinstall creative cloud" and 16 error and error 1 comes back everytime I open Illustrator or creative cloud. I already reinstalled CC 3 times. Works fine the day I reinstall, the next day the same message pops up again. I am really frustrated. This has never happened before? I've been using Illustrator for 2 years now.

  Hello, I have tested Adobe Creative Cloud evaluation edition and now want to uninstall it. However, when I on my 8.1 Windows machine gos to control panel-> add or remove programs-> Adobe Creative Cloud-> uninstall... I get the following error message: "creative cloud for desctop could not be deleted. Creative pourrait applications that are installed on the computer, to work correctly. As I use a Danish computer, I don't know the exact wording. However, it is something like that.

  I already have installed other products like Photoshop CS6 Adobe, which I like to keep installed.

  I hope someone can help me to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud

  You can try to remove the creative application of cloud using the Adobe CC cleaning tool.

  I have some computers that I use more CC. But usually when I pass computer cloud CC ask me if I want to ' you sign out all other computers and devices ", what I do and it works all the time. But this time I got the activation message failed with the error code 194:6.

  You can open the Terminal application and run the following commands:

  rm -rf /Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/SLCache
  rm -rf /Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/SLStore
  

  Make sure you close the Cloud creative application and other applications before Adobe.

  I finally managed to download Adobe Application Manager (before, when I clicked on Try under the relevant app in the interface for creating Clouid I received an A12E5 error). Then, when I tried to download an app on the desktop through the application manager, it says "Download corrupted" and gave me an error "-60". -What this means and how can I solve this problem?

  For this a little late but I just had this problem and it was my malware program which was causing the problem. Just turn it off and it works perfectly.
