Audio file keeps repeating using Winamp Media Player
Don't sound
As I've done millions of times before, and it froze on a moment of his, and he repeats to me, I played a song in Winamp. As 1/20 of a second of the song, repeating endlessly. I closed the program and the sound continues.
Restart the PC should stop definitively the sound.
You can also update your audio drivers to their latest version. Don't simply check Windows Update, but the site of the manufacturer of the sound card as well.

WINDOWS MEDIA CENTER
I can not burn a video to disc using windows media center because burn it to cd notification has disappeard, how do I get that option, because I found Windows media center so easy to use. Please advise thanks.
Run the Setup again.
Open WMC > tasks > settings > General > installation Windows Media Center > rerun the installation
Does that help?
If the above does not help then try to reset WMC: -.
Open Control Panel > uninstall a program > turn Windows features on or off > scroll multimedia features > uncheck the box against Windows Media Center > follow the instructions on the screen > Reboot > open again to turn Windows features on or off in the control panel > scroll multimedia features > check the box against Windows Media Center.

Hello
You have disk problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD burning and)
Playback of CD and DVD). So it is not unusual for parts from 1 or 2 to not work so that others do
correctly.Burning at low speed, or by using the master could help. A CD/DVD cleaner might help.
CD/DVDs have a tolerance + - and your can read/write on the edge outside these discs
tolerances. They may be delivered, but it is generally more economical to replace the disk.Several good info here:

Click on update drivers (this will probably do nothing) - RIGHT click ON the drive - uninstall.
RESTART this will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue

Impossible to move or burn photos to a CD - R using Windows Photo Gallery.
or Windows Media or Windows. I use Windows Vista Home Basic, 32. Toshiba Satellite L305
I can't get to step 2. The burn a disc dialog box never appears (step 3).The CD only formats.
I can't drag and drop the disk. I've done this before and I still can burn music, so I know that's not the burner or the type/brand of CD itself.
The following is in the Help menu.
To burn pictures or videos to a discInsert a writable CD or DVD CD writer or DVD in your computer.
In the dialog box that appears, click on burn the files to a data disc.
In engraving, a disc dialog box, type a name for this disc, and then click Next.
It can take several minutes for the drive to be formatted in the active file system format by default. When formatting is complete, an empty disc folder opens.
Use your IMAGES instead of the Gallery folder.
You should see the button BURN up.t-4-2

Problem with the display of a video frame in Windows Media Player 11 on Vista
Hello
I am having some problems with the Windows Media Player 11 on Vista. On my XP machine, when I discovered a video frame by frame, it works perfectly back and forth. However when I try to play the same video on my Vista machine, the button to the front of the image works perfectly fine but the previous image button takes video from 5 to 10 frames. Since I use my machine Vista more and need this feature often enough, it gets boring very quickly. It is a drive problem (since the same player works great under XP with the same video) and can be solved with a patch or some sort?
Thank you
Hello Helloaamir,
Thank you for posting. I understand the problem you are having, but I do not understand why in the need for these features. Depending on what you're trying to do, may be able to use Movie Maker instead of it you also has characteristics of the image by image. If you could include that you are using this feature, because I can give you a good alternative or possible difficulty of deliverance.
Looking forward to help you any further. Zack

I use Windows Vista Home Premium 32 - bit SP2.
Is there a way to delete the records of 'detail' of only updates of failure or cancelled in the history of Windows Update?
I just installed hotfix for Windows (KB947821).
It looks like a lot of my earlier 'failed' and 'Cancelled' updates are automatically updated and installed, and successfully, I might add.
Some dates in some records do not seem much sense. I guess I'm looking for a way to select the records, I want to get rid of.
Help?
Hi Jeffrey,.
It's not really a taken way in charge to remove only the cancelled or failed updates. These are taken from windows logs and displayed in the history. Steps that Jose post is a way to remove all files in history and will remove all updates as well as a failed/cancelled updates successfully.

never had a disc of windows vista with the new laptop and no option to make a recovery disk, and I need to format my laptop to factory / clean, help!
How to get Vista recovery Media and/or to use the Vista recovery Partition on your computer.
There is no Vista free download legal available.
Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.
Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.
See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.
Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...
Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ask them if you can also make recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.
They will tell you how to do this.
Every computer manufacturer has their way of doing recovery disk/s.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Or borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD (not Dell, HP, etc).
A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.
The product key determines which version of Vista is installed.There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.
If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):
Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu
