I see that the other members of the forum answers have similar problems, but they still have to find a solution.  is that someone in Microsoft could provide an update for a fix?

Yes! After two years, I found a solution.  I installed a previous version of Lenovo sw fp and it fixes attention on win 7 sp1 2 t60.  I've been running for about 3 weeks and warning went on two PCs. then, download and install IN1FGP08WW1.exe.  It is fp s-o of Lenovo in UTEK and there the pilot to clear the warning.  BUT it's not as safe as the current Lenovo sw fp.  Apparently, she was abandoned when authentic bought UTEK because of this.  as I understand it, if someone has physical access to your pc they can decifer pw of windows in the registry.  This isn't a big problem for me.

  • Driver Installation Failed: Could not find media device for this driver

I have a HP with Windows Vista (32 bit) dv6646us and have had a problem with the audio device. The sound works sometimes, but above all the system does not even recognize the audio output device (in this case, I see the speaker icon in the taskbar with a cross mark). Another model is that the laptop does not recognize the audio device, but no sound is produced (in this case, the "speaker" icon doesn't have the cross mark). When the system has at least recognize the audio device, I can solve the problem by using the Microsoft Fix it 50131. However, when the system does not recognize the audio device, nothing seems to work. When I go into Device Manager, there is no sound, not just a pilot section. The laptop is supposed to use Conexant High-Definition Audio Driver, but when I try to install it, I get the following message: failure of the driver Installation: Media not found device for this driver.

In another forum, someone has solved the same problem in a system with the 32-bit version of XP by downgrading his memory from 4 GB to 2 GB, based on his knowledge that a 32-bit system cannot take 4 GB of RAM (it has started having the problem after that first, he upgraded the RAM from 2 GB to 4 GB). However, I don't know if the same applies to my problem because the sound system sometimes works with the current system with 4 GB of RAM and also my laptop is supposed to hold up to 4 GB of RAM (and he does not the 4 GB of RAM). So, I was wondering if there is another possibility for a cause and a solution to this problem.

Windows Update driver Fresco Logic USB Hub rot caused the pilot to read device status: the drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28). The Roll Back button is not active. Where can I get the previous driver that came with my system. ASUS N53S Windows 7. Thank you very much.

    Hello

Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Community.

I understand your annoyance that you cannot update the driver hub USB rot. Please follow the steps below to help you to solve the problem.

I would like to inform you that a Code 28 error is caused by a driver missing for that piece of hardware.

There are all sorts of reasons that a driver could not be installed for a device, but your troubleshooting the problem will be the same regardless of the root cause.

    • Remove or reconfigure newly installed unit.
    • Restore the version before your driver update.
    • Use system restore to undo recent changes in Device Manager.

Step 1: Roll back the driver to the version before your update.

If you are having problems with your computer or device after upgrading sound driver, you can restore to an earlier device driver. If you are having problems with your computer or device after upgrading sound driver, you can restore to an earlier device driver. If you are having problems with your computer or device after upgrading sound driver, you can restore to an earlier device driver. If you are having problems with your computer or device after upgrading sound driver, you can restore to an earlier device driver. Check out the link below to make back the driver:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-in/Windows/restore-driver-previous-version#1TC=Windows-7

When Windows 7 starts up again, it will load with the device driver of this material that you had previously installed.

I suggest you to uninstall the driver from hub to rot Fresco Logic USB Device Manager and install the most recent on the manufacturer's Web site.

I suppose that there could be something wrong with the registry entry.

    Hi BarbaraWolfe,

There are many causes of Code 39 errors:

    • A required device driver is missing.
    • A required binary file is corrupted.
    • There is a problem with the file I/O process.
    • A driver that refers to an entry point in another binary file cannot load.

  • Add/Remove components error and DVD driver error: Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Original title: Add/Remove components error and DVD driver error

Yesterday, I removed several components of windows to attempt to clean my cpu. After the reboot, I noticed that my DVD drive disappeared. I tried to update the driver but told me I have the most updated version, I uninstalled and reinstalled the drive, but I still get the same error. Under Driver Details, it shows that I have a lot of drivers for my Phillips DVD player. However, the status of the device is the following: Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device. I've done the troubleshooting, and the two options has not fixed the problem.

Then I tried to add windows components that I removed, thinking maybe that was the problem. However, when I try to add them, I get an error message that says: 'Setup cannot copy the file zClientm.ex_' it shows the location of this file as being in windows/i386, and of course, the file is located in this folder. So when I go to browse to locate the file, I find and click on it to open it, but I keep getting the same error message that the file is not found and Setup cannot continue.

I realize that this problem seems very rare and weird, but any help at all would be appreciated. Thank you.

Help, please! Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware (HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH40F SCSI CdRom Device) because the driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

    Hello

Code 39 means that the driver is corrupted or missing.

Please make all below even if you have done some before as it is often the set of operations which solves
    the question.

    Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double-click on the device - driver tab - click
Update the drivers (this will probably do nothing) - then RIGHT click the drive - UNINSTALL - REBOOT
This will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue below.

Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a loose cable or
slight corrosion on the contacts (usually for a laptop) and other issues.

Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
