I got the error message 'the expected version of the product was not found on the system' when I was installing Microsoft Office Professional 2003 Enterprise Edition (Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 with updated business contact to update Manager) Service Pack 1. I wonder that someone has a solution to resolve this error message. Your help is greatly appreciated.

* All of these resolutions were conducted, but still having trouble running SP1 & SP2. It's a problem of installation and after the installation of Service packs 1 & 2 times. I have a SYSTEM of 32-bit operating systems. KB947821 analytical TOOL has also been installed!, by following the instructions in res 2. Security / Antivirus has also been disabled in accordance with the instructions of res 3 & 4. Service packs Download but will not work!

Thank you for your message. I see that you have already run the system update readiness tool. Feel free to skip step 1, but follow-up on the rest of the below troubleshooting steps:
1. According to your architecture of Windows 7, download / install and run the tool update system - CheckSur you can download the tool from the links below depending on your system type.
Download the tool update system (64-bit)
Download (32-bit) system update readiness tool
2. click Start type cmd (you should see the command prompt fill up) right click and select run as administrator
Inside the command prompt, type sfc/scannow
For more information regarding the file system checker.
* If corruption is found, see How to use the System File Checker tool to fix the system files missing or corrupted on Windows Vista or Windows 7
3. once the SFC is finished, check your hard drive for errors.
4 restart the system update readiness tool. If errors have been eliminated, try to reinstall Service Pack 1. If this is not the case, go to step 5.
5. perform a Startup Repair, when starting, try to install the Service Pack.

· What happens when you try to start in normal mode?
Method 1
Windows XP can in every start Safe Mode by default. Even if you select the option Start Windows normally, it always starts in Mode without failure. IOW, you can't get out of safe mode.
This happens if the switch/SafeBoot is added to the Boot.ini file. / SafeBoot parameter forces a boot in safe mode by using the specified parameters. The available parameters are:
(a) minimal
(b) network
(c) safeboot: minimal (alternateshell)

RESOLUTION
(a) click Start, run and type MSCONFIG
(b) click the Boot.ini tab
(c) If you have a dual-boot system, select the entry that is appropriate under the [operating systems]
(d) in section downstairs, Startup Options uncheck / hisFEBOOT
(e) click OK
(f) restart Windows
The entry/SafeBoot are removed from the Boot.ini file.
Method 2:
If the above method is not the cause, it seems that Service Pack 3 is not installed correctly.
Step 1: You try to run the system restore from safe mode that will repair return the computer to the point while it was working fine.

Given that repair options did not work for you. I suggest you try the method below.
Change the settings of the REGISTRY can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the REGISTRY settings configuration can be solved. Changes to these settings are at your own risk.
Rename the Pending.xml file, and then change the registry notes read the following important notes before you use this troubleshooting method.
- Use this method to resolve the symptom of restart that is described in the "Symptoms" section, so that you can back up data before you reinstall Windows. You must use this method of troubleshooting only if you plan to back up data and reinstall Windows.
- Use this method only after trying other methods.
Note If your computer is not configured to start from a CD or a DVD, see the documentation provided with your computer for instructions on how to continue.
- Use this method only if the computer has no restore points or if you cannot start your computer to a point where the system restore feature is available.
- After using this method, the following conditions may exist until reinstalling Windows:

Please reinstall a copy of the above file, then there was another mess, saying load needed DLLs for Kerrnel. My computer would not shut off either Finally I held the off button down until it finally stops, then when I started it back up he did not return, but it wasn't the same startup window. There was another image of office programs on my desk were not all the same and all my photos are nolonger may not find them as well as some of my personal files that were no longer on my desk. is could someone please tell me what happened?

I have problems installing Microsoft SQL server 2005 express edition service pack 3. When I use windows update Setup does not exceed 0% and crashes. I tried to download the service pack online. When I ran the installer, it crashes when you try to install SQL server database services.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Download SQL Server 2005 Express Edition Service Pack 3 from the link below:

http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm#03Install the update in safe mode and check.
