  I met the same problem with the version of portable Firefox, I've tried.  I found myself ignoring the record (with the text file) that they have provided and created my own folder 'plugins' alongside firefox executable.

  As to why I went with 10.3 11.4, it was mainly because we added in Flash Player 11.3 protected mode.  While this might work (it didn't on my first attempt), it adds a layer of complexity that I didn't want to face.  If you need some of the new features of 11.x, then you have to play with it to see if you can get this to work.  One thing to try would be to modify the mms.cfg by disabling the protected-mode, however, I do not know if this file is accessible outside your windows\system32\macromed\flash folder.

  Looks like your current profile does not work correctly.

  Create a new profile as a test to see if your profile is the source of the problems.

  I work for a health and safety training company and we create a consistent course SCORM using Flash which was imported into LMS absorb (our own instance, www.astutis-elearning.com).  Nine modules are present in the course developed using Flash Professional CS5.5.

  These did work while using the plugin Flash Player 10.3 but since Flash Player update 11 our accident of modules (not all Flash content) the plugin in some places.  Some modules are loaded correctly and then crash later, some modules through the preloader scene and then crash as soon as it gets to the main menu.  We did some tests and do not know if it could be a Flash component that is causing the problem.  In any case, they are used to work with 10.3 and they do not work with 11.  We tried a number of machines and browsers.  Its the same on all of them.

  I am willing to provide a login for people willing to help see what is at the origin of the problem.

  The forum software does not detect your Flash plugin. Can you check if it's disabled? You can do so here:

  Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > addons > Plugins category

  It should be listed as Shockwave Flash. If it is disabled, it is sorted downwards on a gray background.

  To see if the Flash player plugin at its usual location, see this file:

  Unfortunately, once you replace the file, you can not cancel the function. However, relying on a recovery tool third you can try to recover these files on the computer. You should be able to find many online recovery tools.
