  You can see on the image below that is my problem.  I just changed a HP Color laser printer to an OKI: never had a problem before printing. But the document that in Matt and glossy not leave an echo of the image at the bottom of the page. The upper disc sticker prints well but the background image is damaged.

  I assumed it would be as simple as using my OKI laser printer.

  You choose the correct paper type in the driver? When you identify the type of paper the printer sometimes changes based on this melting.

  Are you feeding your labels in Tray 1? If this is not the case, try it please.

  With SSO, you must initially have an ip address for both controllers.  Then when configure you SSO, the controller HA will be the primary backup.  License is required on the controller sku non-HA.  Failover will automatically happen without problem for the AP or end users.

  If you went with N + 1 and not use the SSO, then you need an ip address for each controller and each controller must be configured.  There are many deployments of N + 1 there, but SSO becomes popular due to rapid failover.  The only question is if SSO gets corrupted then both are in decline and that's the advantage of N + 1.

  Check with the support of "Topaz" for versions updates which will run on CC 2015. Chances are that your filters CS6 are incompatible.

  A license?  Yes, but not necessarily for the web. Some licenses permit use on paper or images but not the web.
