the half tab (missing thumbnails on different profiles)

on
https://support.Mozilla.org/en-us/KB/thumbnails-new-tab-page-missing-how-get-them-back

I followed the procedure but, unfortunately, I did not wait for the end reload the page, and now I see the upper half of page visible and page half bass hidden, without visible thumbnails/frames.
However, by dragging the thumbnails I see all 8 and I can move them, but by releasing the landslide, the bottom 4 frames/thumbnails become still hidden.
the profile is new, I restored it bookmarks and othere .json to the last profile with the same problem.
where I'm wrong? How to solve the problem?
Thank you.

I solved it. It was a simple matter of magnifying glass, zoom, CTRL + CTRL-

  • Why did the PDF tab missing?

    Hello!

    I created PDF and tag files using the properties of the Document Acrobat X Pro dialog box (file > properties). But when I view the file properties in Windows, I do not see these tags in the Details tab looking for help on the Adobe website, I found a reference to a PDF tab. This tab is supposed to appear in the native Windows file properties dialog box. But I do not see this tab when I display the properties of a PDF file. Why?

    The only reason to mark up a document, from my point of view, is to make it searchable. I want to be able to search and find my PDFs with given tags. But how do you do an extensive system of search files if the information in the PDF tags are not read or taken supported by Windows, and it is not added by Adobe software? For the record, I use Windows Vista.

    You can also enter and read information from data from the desktop properties. Right-click on the document in Windows Explorer, choose Properties, and click the PDF tab. Any information that you enter or edit in this dialog box also appears in the Description of the Document properties when you open the file.

    If I managed to get this feature turned on, I will be able to do a search for *.pdf in Windows Explorer, and then select maybe the tag Bill so that I will get all PDF files that are identified as Bill? Or will it take a document dedicated to this management system?

  • Miss me the new tab button. Why?

    I use version 21.0. The new tab button appears in the bookmarks toolbar, but not with the open tabs. Why?

    Use the toolbar (Customize) to open the Customize and set the toolbar to display items.

    • Firefox menu button > Options > toolbars
    • View > toolbars > customize
    • If the missing elements are in the toolbar palette then drag them from the window, customize the toolbar
    • If you do not see an item on a toolbar in the toolbar palette and then click the button "Restore default" to restore the default toolbar configuration

    You can check the problems caused by a corrupt localstore.rdf file if the above didn't help.

  • First tab missing in the second window

    I have a multiple tabs open in 2 browser windows. Whenever I left Firefox by choosing File - Exit so the tabs can be opened when Firefox is started.

    It works fine on version 9. After the upgrade (since 10.0.1), the first tab in the 2nd window is missing. It can still be opened by selecting groups of tabs, but not visible on the tab bar. In addition, the "Open a new tab" button appear to the left of the tabs instead of the right, which lies between the missing tab and the rest of the tabs.

    I have seen these problems myself.

    In such a case new tabs I have open appear to the right of the button tab.

    This looks like a bug to me.

    You can usually fix this by the closure of the (last) with Ctrl + W tab and the restoration of this tab via Ctrl + Shift + T

  • The 'New tab' (+) button to the right of the displayed tabs is missing. How can I get that back?

    In the previous version of Firefox, there's a (+) to the right of open tabs. Clicking this button would display the Web pages visited earlier. This button seems to be missing in Firefox v.4.0.1.

    This feature is always available? Or am I just missing something?

    Thank you

    You can find the button new tab showing as a '+' on the tab bar.

    You can open the Customize and drag the new tab, button of the toolbar tabs on another toolbar and it will become a regular tools like the new button bar button tab you have in versions of Firefox 3.

    If you would like the button tab at the right end of the tab bar then put a hose to the left of it.

    If you don't see an item on a toolbar and in the toolbar palette, then click on the "Restore default" button to restore the default toolbar set up.

    Open the Customize via "view > toolbars > customize" or "Firefox > Options > toolbars."

  • Firefox 4 the "Close tab" button is missing from the "File" menu drop-down

    I need when I have two windows open, each with one tab open and I want to close a window.

    The only option presented to me is "Quit", that closes both windows...

    It would be good [if they insist on the order being missing] to have SOMETHING beyond the CTRL-W command [which fortunately works again]. I thought it was a windows application and not BACK. I hope that the command is available in a menu drop down, especially because it has a long history of existence in a rational place.

    It will be interesting justify how to remove a menu command dropdown is somehow "better".

  • Open a new tab brought a tab with thumbnails of the most visited sites; He stopped it. No idea why, or how to get it back?

    When I clicked on the 'New tab' button to the right of open tabs, the newly opened tab would have thumbnails of my most visited sites with a sidebar for the recently closed tabs and a few other useful links. For some reason, he stopped doing that and now just open a new empty tab. Is it possible to recover this feature?

    This isn't a feature built into Firefox. There are a few Add-ons that offer this type of functionality such as:

  • By pressing the ENTER key in the first tab-> a button in a different tab is pressed?

    Hi guys,.

    I am facing a problem. I have a tab with 4 different tabs. When I'm in the first tab and try to change the value of a control by pressing the Enter key, it suddenly switches to the second tab and presses a button here.

    No idea how it goes? I want to avoid that from happening.

    Thank you

    Check your tab order and control is enabled is a shortcut bound to it.

  • Using the same control appeal return of different tabs

    Hello

    I am fairly new to this bare with me for a second...

    I have a situation were I use several tabs with the same exact command buttons in each of them. Given that the buttons have the same function I want to use the same reminder. I understand that each TAB is considered as an expert group and has its own Panel of handle.

    My problem is I want the call to make the difference between the button OK of TAB1 and TAB2. The handle Panel sent back, the call is (from what I can tell) the Panel handle for the tab which is great, but it doesn't have a constant right having at it in the header file. How sure that TAB1 always has the Panel handle 2 and TAB2 has always handle Panel 3, etc...

    Example: When I click on OK in TAB1 handle Panel sent to the btnOK is = 2 recall. If I click OK in TAB2 is the handful of Panel = 3. I want to move to the OK button, but do not want to use hard coded in full.

    int CVICALLBACK btnOK (int command face, int, int event, void * callbackData, int eventData1, int eventData2)

    {

    switch (event)

    {

    case EVENT_COMMIT:

    switch () {}

    case 2:<----I don't="" want="" a="" number="" here="" but="" a="">

    "do this."

    case 3:

    "do this."

    };

    }

    return 0;

    }

    The easy solution would be to have a reminder for each of the buttons. If it's the only way to go if it's what I'll do, but I am interested in what you think.

    Thank you!

    Hello

    I see at least three ways to get what you want.

    Solution A: depend on constant tab page name (as you can get it back by giving the handle from Panel)

    In the callback, insert this code:

    name char [64];

    GetPanelAttribute (name of Panel, ATTR_CONSTANT_NAME),
    If (! strcmp (name, PAGE1)) {}

    Code for the first page of the tab

    }

    Else if (! strcmp (name, PAGE2)) {}

    Code for the second tab page

    }

    ... code additional pages

    Solution B: based on the attributes of the tab

    int parent, index;

    GetPanelAttribute (Panel, ATT_PANEL_PARENT, & parent);

    GetActiveTabPage (parent, PANEL_TAB, &index);)

    switch (index) {}

    case 0:

    Code for the first page of the tab

    break;

    case 1:

    Code for the second tab page

    break;

    ... Add the code to additional pages

    }

    Solution c: use the callbackData for buttons

    This solution requires code in two different program sections

    * During the loading of the Panel with the tab control

    int pnlH;

    GetPanelHandleFromTabPage (Panel, PANEL_TAB, 0, &pnlH);)

    SetCtrlAttribute (pnlH, PAGE1_BUTTON, ATTR_CALLBACK_DATA, (void *) 1);

    GetPanelHandleFromTabPage (Panel, PANEL_TAB, 1, &pnlH);)

    SetCtrlAttribute (pnlH, PAGE2_BUTTON, ATTR_CALLBACK_DATA, (void *) 2);

    ... and so on

    * In the recall button

    switch (callbackData (int)) {}

    case 1:

    Code for the first page of the tab

    break;

    case 2:

    Code for the second tab page

    break;

    ... Add the code to additional pages

    }

  • The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded is may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program

    I try to use the Microsoft Office tool that implement an MSI for 64-bit Office 2010 installation file. The tool works file and creates the msi file. I get to the tool by going to the x 64-bit folder on the office 2010 installation disc.

    I install a new virtual machine from Windows 7 and tried to use the MSI file to install office 2010 and I get the error:

    "The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded is may be missing or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program"

    If I just click Setup on the office 2010 dvd he moved very well on the same VM window7.

    Original title: cannot install WMP11, update rollup 2

    I'm still on WMP 10 for a reason, and I wanted to connect my PC with 360 videos. I downloaded the update, but he told me to go get the Update Rollup 2 or something, so I tried to install it and he told me that I needed to go get the .NET framework 1.1 and .NET framework 1.1 SP1. I went to download them and install them, but he tells me that "the upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded is may be missing or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program".

    I Googled, tried of all kinds, uninstalled SP3 and tried and nothing.

    Hi xelliotx,

    I suggest that you follow these steps.

    Step 1:

    First of all, download and install .net Framework Cleanup Tool to remove selected versions of the .NET Framework on your computer.

    Step 2:

    Manually install the versions of Microsoft .NET Framework below:

    Once this installation is complete, try to install the other required software and check.
