  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

  You didn't mention what you use the computer hardware. It is always useful. In the meantime, I suggest disable GPU support in the performance of Lightroom preferences tab.

  This problem could have been caused by a virus download check. We will disable the antivirus for downloads check now:
