  I've completed a project of BluRay and I am trying to burn on a DVD.  The process fine until it starts the burn process.  The project is about 19g and I am ttrying to burn to a 25g BD - R bluray.  It takes about 6 hours to go through the process.  When the progress meter displays 100%, it goes into the process of engraving and after a few minutes, I get the message "Fatal Error" and it is she, not other messages and nothing written for the bluray.  I find myself clicking on the "cancel" button which takes back me to the project.

  LMGehling honestly, I would recommend from the beginning again.  Among the worst support issues I did experience with customers is when they used the type of transfer of Migration Wizard/EZ solutions.  Migration should go a lot faster if you don't tell him that to transfer documents and settings.

  I was able to resolve myself.

  In the Panel, I chose printers > add printer. I selected the option without wireless/Bluetooth.

  I took care to wait for all of the printers that it detected were loaded. I found myself choosing the second listing of the printer that I want - with the IP showing.

  I clicked on install. I was asked to choose my manufacturer or say if I had a disc. I chose the installation of the drive.

  He urged them an 'install from' option to select a destination to install from. I sailed on my installation disc and the Autorun feature on the disc.

  He said 'installation' for a while. Then he gave me a print test option. I sent a print with a total success and can now access the printer from my computer.

  As the title suggests, HP C6380 AIO install the software on a laptop HP with Windows 7 32 bit. First, the closed disc had only driver for XP/Vista and Mac package.   I found a fix for the problem so I thought I would post it here. I did go to the printers & Devices folder and do a printer installation. I leave install and search for Windows 7. After the installation is complete, I restarted the AIO software and it went flawlessly. I have now all features.
