Then, I went to my downloads through Explorer of files and found the downloaded file. When I click on the file it takes me to the Setup Wizard and I can start the installation, but about 2/3 of the way if the installation I get the same message "the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process" and then the installation completes without completing. I'm not sure how to find out which process is using the file or how to do the complete installation so I would really appreciate your help.

  The problem has been resolved. I ran the utility to update again, then downloaded an older version, which is win64_153335. For some reason any, this version successfully installed. Before that, I always had the same error with the other drivers. I must say that I have no idea of what has past.

  I m using Intel drivers too and I n t have a problem to install.

  If you have tried to install the driver through setup.exe, you should try manual in Device Manager. Right-click on the graphic card > driver update. Use the Advanced installation step and choose the driver directory yourself.

  Before installing the driver, you must remove the older version first, and then restart the laptop.
