  Hi guys, I recently gave my old iPhone 5 (iOS 6 I believe) my sister, who accidentally broke the screen a few days after getting it. She brought to a store very questionable repair which fixed the screen but also blocked the phone. I connected to this account using iCloud and removed the device to find my iPhone and then entered the hotmail address and password on iTunes to activate the iPhone, but it is still asking me the original address of iCloud activate the phone which I can't for the life of me remember.

  Is it possible to discover an old address iCloud or is the phone completely useless now? Any help would be appreciated!

  Do you recognize the mail electronic address/Apple ID? Are you are considering the updated merchant? What is blocked?

  If there was no Apple ID connected to iCloud & locate my phone was activated, the merchant must know the password to be able to turn it off and then put in its own. It seems possible? The phone got txt messages and message of the book is irrelevant. They are not related to iCloud.

• I have used Firefox for about 8 years and yesterday lost my bookmarks toolbar. Any suggestions? Yet the bookmarks and it still seems in sight.

  If the menu bar is hidden, then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key to make the call of menu bar.

  Make sure the toolbars like the toolbar 'Navigation' and the 'personal bar' are visible: "view > toolbars".

  • Open the Customize via "view > toolbars > customize.
  • Make sure the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" are on the personal bar
  • If the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is not on the bookmarks toolbar, then FRY it in the toolbar palette in the window the bookmarks toolbar Customize

  In fact, I should have explained later. When the Adobe ID has become the norm, it has been updated the email address that was on the BC partner early on account. When we bought a subscription to creative cloud, we used a different email address that was conducive to the chargeback. So, we had two Adobe ID and trying to import Web sites in Dreamweaver it was trying to use our second ID.

  So, here is the resolution:

  1. we have added our 2nd ID as an administrator.

  2 BC added our 2nd ID as a partner administrator (this step is possible through support ticket)

  3. wait for confirmation of step 2

  4. sign in with ID 2 and merge with Adobe ID password password BC.

  I can't send all e-mail messages through the ip address that I have now, which is earthlink.  I need to change so that I am able to send messages to anyone.  I have windows xp - outlook express.

  If you no longer have the earthlink address, then you need to get a new email address before establishing an account.  You cannot configure an e-mail account by using an IP address.  Your internet provider or someone else must provide a first e-mail account.

  In OE, you can then go to tools | Accounts | Add | By post, then add your new email account in OE, so it can get messages.
