The IPCC Outbound Option time zone setting

Hello

Option out of the IPCC, how can I set time zone for each customer record?

I might be able to set the GMTZone and GMTZoneWOrk fields in the DB Dialing_List to set the timezone for each customer record. However, if I want to import a list of contacts file(CSV or fixed) using the function to import the Option out of the IPCC and the request function rules, how can I set the time zone in the file list of contacts?

Have you had a glance at the documentation online for outgoing messages of ORC?

Fundamentally, the outbound dialer uses the table Prefix in the region. The region and area prefix tables are configurable to the ICM Admin workstation.

The prefix of each region has the zone attribute. If the Dialer is a region with the x prefix match first digits in the phone number, then time zone that is used when you place the call.

There is a mechanism for bulk load the prefixes of the region in bulk insertion tools.

The IPCC system comes pre-loaded with a set of prefixes of the North America region.

  • List based on the system date or time zone user

    Hello

We have been questioning a service request list based on the timestamp created with criteria = today.

But the result is inconsistent. Sometimes records created within today do not appear on the list.

What is the definition of SOD ' today ' today '? It applies to the date system (time US) or Pacific time zone (for example the + 8) user?

    Thank you, SAB.

    Hi Sab!

I did some tests and found that this is directly related to the user zone set on the user details page.

I am with paris (gmt + 1) time zone, and when you go to the created SR list today, I have a lot of records.
I set the time zone of eniwetok (gmt - 12). It is 11 now in france, therefore, with this zone, it is p 11 m yesterday.

And when I went back on the list (after the closing session and connection), there is no trace!

    I hope it's useful!

  • How to set the server time zone at the Site level profile option

    Hello
I have the problem that is mentioned in the note of support ' cannot display the chart of status or does not work after upgrade (Doc ID 304685.1). This note offers this solution:

To implement the solution, please perform the following steps:

1 set the profile server time zone at the level of the Site (which should be set to the value of database time zone).
    2 bounce the Apache server.

I also read the notes 275876.1 , but I was not able to understand what exactly I need to do...

Please, can you explain in words simple (or orders) how can I 'set the server profile zone at the level of the Site (which should be set to the value of timezone database)?

    >
1 set the profile server time zone at the level of the Site (which should be set to the value of database time zone).

PL identify the zone where the database server. Using responsibility of the system administrator, search profile--> system, application of the profile to the site level, and then select the time zone appropriate to the LOV. Then save.

  • Time zone is set to UTC, I need GMT

When I upgraded to Windows 7 and selected the zone I Eastern UTC we. It has not set the clock to the correct time in my area. I need time zone Eastern GMT but only selections I have are the options of UTC. Is there a way to fix this other then by setting the correct time myself?

There is no difference. GMT disappeared long ago. UTC is exactly the same thing, under a flag different internatinal. UTC is the global standard, also make sure that your computer is configured for your country in the region and language

The date on your computer needs to be set properly - click on the clock and the advanced options to make sure that
the time and date are set. It should say UTC, GMT not. Navigate through the options, and make sure you have the correct time zone set.

  • Calendar entry for flights crossing the time zones

I fight to find the right method to enter a calendar event that starts in a time zone and ends in another.  It is often the case for the flights of the airline.  Example: My departure is from New York (JFK) at 12:00 noon Monday and arriving in Seoul, Korea is at 16:24 (local) Tuesday.  I cross the road to the International Dateline. With Support for time zones "lit", how to capture these moments so that they are accurate, once arrived in Seoul?

Even more difficult: due to cross the International Date line on my return, I arrived in New York earlier that my time of departure the same day.

Any suggestions on how to deal with this would be appreciated!

    Paul

If you enable support for time zones, each entry includes the time zone setting. Select the correct time zone for each. Move real time you you include an entry in the "travel time" drop-down menu. Otherwise enter time manually and identify the zone in the title.

  • time zone problem schedule vCAC Advanced Service Blueprint, VCO Linked Clone Workflow, setting

If I have problems when you request a catalog from a VCO workflow built-in VCAC article.  I use the workflow VCO "Linked Clone, with a single NETWORK card and Windows credentials" located in VCO under vCenter > > Clone > > Clone bound > > customization of Windows.  I can go through the workflow very well in VCO, but I want to make it available via vCAC.  When I try to download a virtual machine using workflow, the application process fails using the form in the time zone of the form section.  There seems to be a problem with vCAC questioning vCO for doing the research for the appropriate time zone setting.  The application works very well since within vCO, but not inside vCAC.  Thoughts?

    Jeremy

I ended up using a vCenter customization specification to achieve this.  It turns out that the specification is as a safety net that will configure everything that is defined in the specification, unless there is a custom property configured on the action plan for this setting.  If this is the case, the custom property takes precedence.

  • I use thunderbird in the New Zealand House and time zone settings, and when I invite people NZ for a new event it automatically creates a calendar for UTC entry

I bought my computer laptop to the United Kingdom and installed Thunderbird there initially, but remains in NZ and reset home location and time zone accordingly. However, when I send invites to an event it resets the invite calendar for the recipient to UTC/GMT. My record of entry and invite calendar still shows what I entered in, but not their end. And it's the same thing in reverse, they send me something for 15:00, I get like 03:00.

... to restore the original location and time zone accordingly.

Where exactly did you do that?

  • POS 6.1 can choose the correct time zone please?

    Hello.

IM at the stage of configuration VDP now (...:8543/vdp-configure) and I can't find the good zone time (I need UTC + 7). I use usually Asia/Krasnoyarsk tz, there are a lot of UTC + 7 areas here invalid time zone values and in the SLES itself BUT without these areas at the POS configure the web interface. Can someone tell me why? May be I can complete the configuration with wrong time zone and change later recreating the link/etc/localtime or in the console vm POS? Or should I choose correct time zone during the initial Setup?

OK, I got a solution. Initial configuration of POS has been completed with the incorrect time zone. Then I changed timzone in the vm console VDP (define-> Asia-> Russia-> Krasnoyarsk time zone), but the bad timzone was still in the POS-configure page. However after the restart of the POS POS-configure vm page indicates the correct time zone (Asia/Krasnoyarsk). Unfortunately, I still can not choose this area to POS - configure-> time zone.

  • How get/check out the time portion of timestamp with time zone?

Using Oracle 10 g, I have a timestamp with time zone.

We have treatment that uses hourly (as a shift of the day of treatment). I want to 'get' the time contained in a timestamp, so that I can compare it to one of our differences for example (pseudocode)

If the time in the timestamp = 0 then
    treatment of midnight
    on the other
    do other hourly treatment
    FI

I thought that "extract" was the right way to get the time portion of the time stamp, but it returns an interval based on UTC - so where I could expect

SELECT extract (time OF THE TIMESTAMP ' 2009-06-08 00:34:56 Europe/London ') FROM dual

to return to 0, it is actually 23 since it's time for the time zone UTC.

Then... How should I be getting time in order to have it make 'sense' in the context of its time zone? I simply use to_char and analyze the time part?

    Thoughts?

    --
    Andy

Not the literal timestamp ' 2009-06-08 00:34:56 Europe/London ' specifies TIMESTAMP (9) WITH ZONE TIME, subsequent DISTRIBUTION converts this TIMESTAMP value (6).

  • How to upgrade all appointments based on changing time zones when I travel?

  • Sort of a disabling time zone / daylight saving time (DST)

I have more than one year of data time-stamped in a file. The time stamp is GMT (UTC). When I have this graph, the graph allows to adjust the data for local time zone settings. I don't want it. I want to see UTC all the way through the data. The time is fed to the graph in the form of a table of the number of seconds. The graphic display of 'Absolute time' option is selected. It is the XY-graph function that implements the undesirable time zone + DST settings.

I can compensate for the data for the time zone set on the local Windows system, but how to set the data so that when in graphic form, the graph does not create time in March and wasting time in October?

Turn off the DST of Windows setting is not an option. The program that I write will be used on many machines around the world and I don't want the software to change the time zone settings are already on these machines. (Furthermore, I don't think the zone changes implemented are effective until a LV program restarts.) Or I want to ask users to do before using the program because it's just lame.

There must be a way. Anyone know, please?

  • When moving in different time zones, how to keep timely events?

When I put an event in PST at the exact time in which it will happen and then change the time zone, the event moves to another time. I have not shot time zones. Some events move and others keep time. How can I get all the events to keep time?

Events are created in the time zone that the Mac is currently defined in support of regardless of the time zone setting. When you change the time zone of the Mac, the events will appear to change the time since they will now display the event in the current time zone.

    Allowing the use of zone:

    • Adds a dropdown in the toolbar menu. You use the menu to change the time zone in which include all events. For example, an event for 12:00 Pacific time is shown at 7: 00 GMT.
    • Also allows you to set the time zone for each event. For example, if you set an event at 7: 00 GMT and then choose Pacific Time in the drop-down list in the toolbar, this event is posted at 12:00
