The last SQLDev rpm will not install on CentOS-5.

Not everyone is on the latest version of Linux.  I'm running CentOS 5 (RHEL-5) and SQLDeveloper 4.1.2 will not install because of the dependencies of rpmlib.

Where are the SQLDeveloper archives running on Linux-5?

No SQLDev can be packaged for other versions of Linux?

Wayne

Okay, so I solved it myself.  But, duh.

(1) the number of turns of Linux does not load on RHEL-5.  The installation documentation should provide the minimum version on which it will install using RPM

(2) "other platforms" will give me a zip file so that I can install it myself, BUT the installation instructions are for an installation of Linux RPM.  This should be corrected, but I don't see anywhere to send page for correcting errors.

My Adobe CC app will not allow the update of all programs; It's a recurring problem since April 2015.  When the user clicks on the "Refresh" button, nothing happens, or the installation bar % returns but just sits on 0%.  It is a unique computer problem; co-workers on the same network have no problem installing.

  • I have flashed my BIOS, the PC POSITIONS, but will not install Vista (or XP)

I could use some help.  Update the BIOS on my ASUS M4A78T-E to the version current (1302 to 3406) I hope to solve a weird problem with the system loss of the year in the CMOS. And now VISTA will not load.

Fine finished BIOS (cleared the CMOS memory (pulled the battery, moved rider th 20 minutes), the start-up of the PC will be, going by a screen start, completed POST with no problems, but do not load the o/s.)  I get the screen of boot F8 options, it seems to have detected the BIOS change, but the selection of safe mode, through normal startup.

I tried all the boot options, and none will.  So, I grabbed my Vista Ultimate 64 bit CD and planned boot from that and run a repair.  It does not - files all seem to copy, and then it crashes.  Sometimes I can get to the initial screen (much colorful screen), but it still crashes.

I tried with the 32-bit disk with no luck.

I tried with my old Windows Xp disk and files copy them all, but when he seems to want to start Windows, it crashes.

    Options?

    Thank you!

Lose the date system is usually down to a cmos battery failure, unless its companies specifically named in the bios update information.

If its either that or a motherboard problem, none would be fixed by an update of the bios

  • HP EliteBook 2760p: security for the Client software HP will not install on Windows 10 Version 1511

I got the HP Client Security software installed and running under microsoft Windows 10. It will install is no longer under Windows Version 1511 10.

    - Or nearby - 17 November Microsoft has released an update to Windows 10 Version 1511.
The Windows Update process necessary to uninstall the security software for the HP customer as it has been marked as incompatible.

Before you uninstall, I've upgraded to version VERSION: 8.3.16.2035 (SP72998.exe). The installation under this version of Windows 10 properly filled.

I have re-directed the Windows Update process and it beating Pavilion HP Client Security Software as incompatible and need it be uninstalled before the update of Windows 10 Version 1511.

I uninstalled the HP Client Security software, upgrade to Windows 10 Version 1511. When reinstalling SP72998.exe, after you open a powershell window, the installation fails with the message "error 1722" There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package... Action PinShortcut.9EA0... "Location: c:\users\"username removed"\AppData\local\...\DPClientCOnsole.exe.

A quick capture of window powershell before she disappears reveals a similar error: 'verb Pin to taskbar not found. "

It seems that something in the Setup program tries to pin to the taskbar is a failure. A quick google search seems to indicate that the interface script to pin has been removed in Windows 10.

I tried to install the update with Windows 8 compatibility, run as administrator, clean boot Windows. The same error each time.

An installer updated that works with Windows 10 Version 1511 or a workaround would be greatly appreciated so I can regain the use of software security tools for the HP customer as a login by fingerprint reader.

Workaround in this post worked perfectly with Windows Version 1511 10 and HP Client Security Software VERSION: 8.3.16.2035 (SP72998.exe).

  • The Apple software update will not install updates

Each time the Apple software application to be updated by Apple Software Update, the error in the picture below opens and I get it over with to have to do a manual reinstall.  Here, the image shows the most recent upgrade to iCloud and iTunes, but I also got QuickTime are doing the same thing.  It would seem that each manual installation to reinstall a new copy of the GSS, but he keeps having the same problems. Please help diagnose this problem.  The "Download only" option in the window pop up works, but it would be nice for ASU than him.

An update of the software is pretty useless if it is not updated of software.

I suspect that all is not well with your copy of the GSS. You can try to fix it, but I suspect a complete tear down and reinstallation of any software Apple will be needed.

For general advice, see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates.

The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.

Review the other boxes and other support documents list to the bottom of the page, in case one of them applies.

The more information box has direct links with the current and recent if you have problems to download, must revert to an older version or want to try the version of iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) as a workaround for problems with installation or operation, or compatibility with third-party software.

Backups of your library and device should be affected by these measures but there are links to backup and recovery advice there.

If you don't want to go in this direction, you should call dell and ask for a replacement recovery media.

And maybe ask a copy directly from the operating system without any OEM software or all the changed settings. (a copy of the DVD retail)
    See you soon

Today, it was a good day, I didn't have to use my AK.
