The location of the tab bar can be changed so that it is immediately above the real Web pages and below the bookmarks toolbar?

My tabs toolbar is immediately below the Menu bar. The address toolbar is immediately below the toolbar of the tabs and the toolbar of bookmarks is below the address bar. It makes more sense (to me) to have the tabs below the address bar toolbar and the bookmarks above the address bar toolbar. Is this possible?

    Make sure the bookmarks toolbar is visible and "Bookmarks Toolbar items" are always placed on the bookmarks toolbar.

    If the menu bar is hidden, then press F10, or press and hold the ALT key, which should make the "menu bar" appear.

    Make sure the toolbars like the toolbar 'Navigation' and the 'personal bar' are visible: "view > toolbars".

    • Open the Customize via "view > toolbars > customize" or "Firefox > Options > toolbars" and check the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" are on the personal bar

    Normal behavior of Firefox is to open Favorites in the current tab. You may have a problem with some Add on Firefox which is an obstacle to the normal behavior of your Firefox. Have you tried to disable all add-ons (just to see) to see if Firefox goes back to normal?

    Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, make sure that it's not one of your modules installed, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do this easily and cleanly, start Firefox in safe mode , and then select disable all add-ons. If the problem goes away, you know that it's an add-on. Disable them all in normal mode and allow them one by one until you find the source of the problem. See this article for more information on troubleshooting extensions and theme.
