The lower part of the 1/4 of the entire screen has recently changed a black and beige bar. How can I fix it?

I tried to change to full screen, I tried to restart, but it did not work. I lose 1 to one-quarter of the lower part of my display area. This is not the case in other browsers I have. How can I fix it? I did not use addons or changed anything
