the major distributor - lack of delegation of authority complaint...

I would like to sell enterprise class HP computers because they do not miss often. Last week, I took a deposit on HP three elite systems; I paid and made my order to my distributor for all three systems. Oct 16 (the next day), I get systems and boxes seem smaller than the last elite system that I bought last week, so I'm chatting online with gefrierschrank (Distributor)

After a 10 minute discussion, we find that I have made a typo in my order and I ordered instead of towers desktop computers! After having already discussed this option with my client I knew that he do not accept the design of desktop systems so I asked the Rep live chat for installation return a type of ship cross for these systems and I would personally drive them out to the warehouse gefrierschrank and Exchange UNOPENED to the towers desktop computers (more money was acceptable because they cost a few dollars more). The representative said that it will take between 24/48 h to obtain an authorization for returns.

Well, it's been since October 16 and I don't always have an RMA number to return these systems 22 Oct... My client is concerned in a way HP manages its distribution, and so I am!

Systems are still sitting in my office, all that I ask help to the gefrierschrank redirects my requests to someone else, there are signs of a disorder of the culture here... a real lack of delegation of authority...

Come on people, doing business like that don't create or keep a customer.

Hello:

It is a forum of consumer to consumer.

No one here can help you with your problem.

Please call HP on the link below.  I would choose the support order number, but I don't really know for sure.
