  When I try to sync my ipod nano with my new system of Windows 8, I get a notice of the WDF_violation and the sad face on a blue screen, then my computer needs to be restarted.  I uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled, so I have the latest version on my machine.  However, which did not help.  ITunes recognizes my nano and gives me an indication that it's sync... but new music I bought is not on the nano, nor is the updates of my specific playlists.

  Clearly, it's a matter of Microsoft/Windows as my nano worked perfectly last week when I was on my old computer (Vista).

  If this isn't an issue which is, or has been processed by Microsoft, it should be.  If my nano and my Windows 8 cannot talk to each other which is not acceptable.

• How can I customize the new firefox so I can see all of the HTML "title tag"? Its sky partially obscured in this new version.

  I am a webmaster/work in site development and need to see the FULL "title tag" or the browser title to each of the pages I visit. It is now partially hidden and I have to "view source" (the source html code) in order to see the FULL title tag. Before it was completely visible; now, I see only a small part of it.   Well, you were able to recover your files. I don't know where you have saved your files, but you can use the search function and search your favorites using this search term "bookmark *.» *«. It should be very probably a JSON extension file.

Tried to uninstall Firefox and cannot do it either. the uninstaller from Control Panel does not work and I found the Mozilla Firefox uninstall Help files and which will not be executed. I get the windows on the screen asking me to continue, or cancel and when I hit continue the dialog box just disappears and nothing happens. Can not download Firefox exe file again. I am running Trend Micro security PC.

  You need to reinstall, you don't, because none of your bookmarks, history etc. WILL NOT BE LOST.
  Note: You can print these steps or consult them in another browser.

  1. Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
  2. Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click on quit in the file menu or Firefox).
  3. Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
     • Windows:
       • C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
       • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox
     • Mac: Delete Firefox in the Applications folder.
     • Linux: If you have installed Firefox with the distribution-based package manager, you must use the same way to uninstall: see Install Firefox on Linux. If you have downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder firefox in your home directory.
  4. Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
     1. Double-click on the downloaded Setup file and go through the steps in the installation wizard.
     2. Once the wizard is completed, click to open Firefox directly after clicking the Finish button.
