The new Nike watch need a foot pod?

Is the new Nike watch need a foot pod (sensor) to run inside?

Hello

No, the watch does not have a foot pod / sensor of the shoe.

In the follow-up to the indoor tracks, Apple Watch Nike + uses data from the built-in accelerometer of the watch, which monitors the movement of your arm.

For the most accurate results, you can calibrate the watch. See the support article linked below for more information and instructions.

    Hello world

I am interesting in buying the new Apple Watch, and I don't know if the watch is compatible with my iPhone 5 s.

I already pre-order my iPhone 7 more, but it won't do anytime soon, and I'm sure that the watch is compatible with the new more than 7. I wonder all the old iPhone 5s. My iPhone 5s does not use IOS 9, but 10 of IOS.

    Thank you

    Hello

Yes - the new Apple Watch models are compatible with your iPhone 5s.

  • Migration of data from the old platform to the new primary database, need advice.

I have physical standby facility and everything works now.

Next weekend, we will do the actual migration of the old platform to the new environment.

I have several issues of concern.

Migration will go to the primary database. I'll have to remove patterns and inside expdp dmp.

While I do all those, what data base waiting? should I disable it again apply?

What other concerns and precautions I need to take before I have to remove all data from primary school and do a migration?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello;

My main concern would be the FRA (assuming you use it).

By doing all that generates a ton of archives, you have to worry about the space on both sides.

I would consider increasing my FRA on both sides.

I would not disable the recovery, but I look very close and be willing to adjust my space as needed.

As long as you don't miss space you should be fine. I had once a backup log files more than 250, and it took about 15 minutes to catch up.

Have a little prepared scripts in advance if you can increase the space or delete archive applied and it should be fine.

I also opened at least two terminals on the primary and Standby. Everyone look at space and the other to execute all what you need to adjust the space.

The rest is common sense, first do the smaller drawing if you have an idea what to expect. Decaying etc. as much as possible.

    Best regards

I have a shell script called 'quickcheck.sh' (use a separate but .env file it will send information vital back)

With a little work, you can do this in something that makes it easy to keep an eye on things.

    #!/bin/bash
    ####################################################################
    #

    if [ "$1" ]
    then DBNAME=$1
    else
    echo "basename $0 : Syntax error : use . quickcheck "
    exit 1
    fi

    #
    # Set the Environmental variable for the instance
    #
    . /u01/app/oracle/dba_tool/env/${DBNAME}.env
    #
    #

    $ORACLE_HOME/bin/sqlplus /nolog <

  • Buy the new iMac and need help to understand the new options

Replacement of the motherboard of my 2009 end iMac is unaffordable, so I'm looking to buy a new one. But the 'talk' has my head swimming. I know I want a 21.5 inches and that's it. My biggest complaint to my death machine now it was slow. However, I attributed as uVerse (Internet) and not my Mac; Maybe I was wrong?

My previous was 33. GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 8 GB, DDR3, a SATA 1 TB disk. I'm an independent publisher, it's full of documents, PDF files and tons of photos but apart from that... I did not use the design software (although I want to go in this area) and pretty much could have several tabs in Safari, Facebook, Word and Adobe open at the same time... nothing too taxing.

So what do I need? I read everything I can find and I can't yet answer that question!

Do I need a Fusion player (and what it is anyway)?

What is the difference between a Fusion of 1 TB drive and a 256 GB or 512 GB flash drive?

If I get in InDesign or Quark, Photoshop, will it take more RAM so I should just go with 16 now?

Is the standard 2.7 GHz quad-core i5 processor fast enough, or should I switch to 2.9 or even the quad of 3.1 GHz with i7 processor? (allowing it to run faster, more RAM or higher processor?)

Any advice or the definition terms would be MOST appreciated! Thank you!

In your situation, I would buy the 1 TB drive fusion, quad-core processor i5 2.7 GHz with 16 GB of RAM. The RAM is perhaps an exaggeration, but you cannot add it later these days so I think 16 GB is safe. You should get a noticeable performance gain compared to your current system.

IME, most of the complaints "My Mac is slow" result of naïve users be swindled by adding the third "crapware" such as antivirus programs, "cleaners", "optimizers" and "extensions". After a report of EtreCheck for your current computer see if it is the problem.

It is possible that adding an SSD in your current setup will give you the extra boost you are looking for, but if you use the machine to make a living, I'd be inclined to think that 7 years is old enough. Be sure to ask your accountant and covers the cost of your new machine against the tax.

Please take the opportunity to review your backup strategy. When it's your life on the line, you must have at least two external drives for backups. Keep one off-site and on-site, and rotate each week.

I lost my installation cd :(

I had to do a clean install of everything and I downloaded all Toshiba drivers, but there are still three devices without drivers: -.

    (1) system base unit
    (2) network controller
    (3) USB controller

Where can I get drivers for these from?

    Thank you

    Hello

As far as know there is no separate driver for keyboard to be installed. It is included in the OS. All the drivers and tools for your device, you can find on http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com topic support & downloads. As Tom says check if there are also instructions for listed Installations. Installation must be performed in a specific order.

    Good luck!

  • Will the 2 series watch track swim properly if using a kick Board (without using arms to swim)?

I have a friend that is considering a 2 Apple Watch series.  It will systematically use a Board during training for her swim meets.  The new Apple Watch will follow distance and calories correctly even if it does not use his arms while swimming with a surfboard?

I used my series 2 during my bath today for the first time. It does a great job of tracking my laps... freestyle, free with paddles and open palms. But he is not one of my kicks. I threw it only Dolphin on my back (without arms). I swam more than 250 kick 3500yds, it does not register at all. Next time I might try on my stomach, but without a Board of Directors and use my arms a little to breathe.  Overall I was impressed but.

  • How to convert the old sync key (12 characters, no dashes) to the new sync key (31 characters, 5 dashes)?

My sync key was of 12 characters, no dashes (xxxxxxxxxxxx). After uninstalling and reinstalling FF 3.6.13, Sync 1.6.1 refuses my sync key to 12 characters.
I discovered, that the keys of synchronization for all users have been activated to 31 characters including 5 dashes (x-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx). How can I get the new key for synchronization?
I have no PC connected to Firefox Sync more but Firefox Home and 360 browser on my iPhone successfully sync. Unfortunately on the iPhone I can't display the sync currently used key. Is there a way to convert the old key to sync to the new?
I need the bookmarks saved in my sync account.
    Thanks for your help!

I had the same exact symptoms as you did. Here is my solution:
I installed an older version of firefox sync (1.4.something, I think) and then added my account using my old short firefox sync key. When you try to synchronize, the out of date addon says to do synchronization, it must be updated. After update, I always signed, but now had the additional device to see my new long firefox sync key that was compatible with FF 4 b, etc. Everything works fine now and my computer is properly synchronize.

  • Network Bridge works is not on the new physical machine

I move a picture of centos comments of an old machine, host of win 7 to a new. Setting in network networking worked fine with this image on the old machine, but I can't make it work on the new. NAT network works fine on the new, but I need to use bridged. For some reason the image cannot access the DNS server (can not ping it) on the new host. I have disabled the firewall on the new host.

Disable the automatic bypass and bridge directly to the host's physical network card in the virtual network Editor.

  • With the help of Club running on the Nike watch +.

    Hello

This is something I have tried to work for a while and have not yet been able to find an answer. At the moment I use Nike + management club on my iPhone to follow the tracks that I find that gps is better than just using the application of the workout on my watch. However, something that really bothers me is that I start the race on my phone, but I can't then view my stats while running without having to press on and tap the watch and wait for the application to load, very irritating to race. I want to be able to lift my wrist and live stats are there to watch me, not listening and not get my phone out of my pocket. Surely this is something that can make the original watch?

As a separate issue with the new app, Nike +, it does not recognize the songs I downloaded on my phone of Apple music in my playlists, then I have to play the separatelay of music through the application of music as opposed to go with Nike +? The ides on how to fix or is this a known problem with the latest Nike + app?

  • Qosmio F20-155: how to watch TV on the new installated WinXP

Hi there, it anyone have some experience with the installation of TV on WXP Pro tuner? I erased MCE due to problems with system stability. I tried to install only I need necessary drivers, tuner driver has been installed successfully in components audio-video system., but then I found only one recommendation use WIN DVR3 to associate the driver associated with the application to watch TV - this one is from 2002!

Is there something new or how to set that up? And how to set up the TV without starting as a system, any guide or help is missing.

    Thanks for any comment

    Hello

I put t know why you deleted the functioning of Windows XP MCE.
The fact is that the preinstalled operating system includes the Media Center software that allows you to watch TV, DVDS, etc..

On this device, you should also find a Qosmio player. This player that you can use without starting the unit.
Press the TV button to start playback Qosmio
Note: The device must be booed to use Qosmio player.

I think you should read the manual of Qosmio. You will find useful information.
