It is a feature of Windows. You can move it manually by following the instructions on the link below. You can also run the automatic fix that will move you to the default position. To run the AutoCorrect scroll to the bottom of the page on the link below and click on Fix.

I called support but they needed a control on my computer, I was wondering just if theres a way I can fix this without letting someone take on my system.

If another (additional) monitor has been activated, it will appear on the right side and the mouse can move in this area.  It seems that this could be happening.  Open the display by right-clicking on an empty space in the office, then choose NVIDIA Control Panel or open the ATI Catalyst Control Center, and then check if 2 screens are selected.

    Hello JudyFowler,

Thanks for your post.  This could actually be caused by slightly different things.  First, try to check your monitor in order to ensure that the vertical alignment settings have not been changed.  Please let us know if it did or did not help to resolve the problem so that we can continue to help solve this issue.

On the bottom of your screen, you see your taskbar?

If this isn't the case, two things can happen:

    1. the task bar has been set to auto hide

    2. the taskbar shrank

If this is the first case, simply move your mouse to the bottom of the screen and the taskbar will come into view. To avoid the taskbar hide again, follow these steps:

    1. right click on the taskbar and select "Properties" from the context menu. The window "taskbar and Start menu properties" should open.

    2. with the tab 'To-do bar' open, uncheck the box "auto-hide the taskbar."

    3. click 'OK' to save the changes and exit the Properties window.

    4. click again on the taskbar, and select "lock the taskbar".

If this is the second case:

    1. move the mouse to the bottom of the screen until the pointer turns into an arrow

    2 left-click of the mouse

    3. While holding down the left button of the mouse, made slide up until you see the taskbar.

    4. click again on the taskbar, and select "lock the taskbar".

All of this is assuming that the taskbar are normally kept at the bottom of the screen.  Adjust accordingly the above according to the placement of the normal task bar.

    Hope this helps

You can hide the menu bar in Firefox 3.6 on Windows, on "view > toolbars" or via the contextual right click menu on a toolbar.
Press in and hold the Alt key to display the menu bar.
Go to "view > toolbars", right click on the menu bar, or press Alt + V T to select the toolbars to show or hide.
