  You can probably find a solution using report generation screws you can create a report, insert all the data and text you want and print it on the printer by default or on a named printer. The report generation screws are at the bottom of the palette of programming.

  OK, so the printer is at fault.  First of all, try to clean the holes in the cartridge by following the instructions on this page: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02253171

  If this doesn't work, remove all the cartridges, and then lift the latch on the right side of the cart and remove the print head Assembly.  Clean the electric contacts with a damp cloth not fluffy (the fabric will be ruined with ink), then rub the surface of contact on the cart.

  Reinstall and start over.

  Thanks for your help.  Yes, go to advanced and clicking on shades of gray to reveal the drop down menu worked for then change of 'no' to 'black ink only.  Why I missed it is that I have not seen any menu drop-down.  Had to click Grayscale to make it appear.  Maybe who want just that we use more ink, so that they can sell more.  Do you think?

  Hi I have a major dilemma. Maybe the best can help me? Is it possible to make a good digital copy of the image and also remove the attached watermark? I have some small print sizes taken pictures, but my family is stubborn and won't pay for the package that its price is really very (photos of graduation). They would rather not buy it even if they want commemorative pictures as a souvenir. This company we are with is very difficult and will not sell unique photos (wants us to buy photos packed) so my family means forget it. But I don't know that they really want.   (a) double-click the desktop printer icon.

  (b) click on set preferences.

  (c) click on advanced.

  d select black ink only from grayscale

  (e) click on Apply/Ok out.

  OK, I them opened in Picasa Photo Viewer after 'configuration', and they print well in life glorious color now. And SURPRISE! It's on Kodak photo paper!

  The 99 Photo ink cartridge cannot be inserted at the location of the left as the 97 color ink cartridge.

  In order to use a Photo cartridge, keep the 97 color cartridge in the left location, remove the black print cartridge and insert the Photo cartridge instead of on the right...

  As the manual on page 36 list, the Photo cartridge must be used on the cradle of law:

  To install the print photo, remove the cartridge of the printer black inkcartridge,
  then to install the photo print cartridge in the compartment to the right of printing
  the cartridge cradle.
