If anyone has any advice whatsoever, I would be really grateful for that, because I don't know what to do.

  • The Windows Updates Notify value (instead of automatic update)

My toolbars were there.  And then I installed the update, connected to the internet to find that my toolbars are still missing.  System Restore my toolbars and once again were back.  Anyone else having a problem with this update?  I leave myself open does not reinstall the update?
