Two problems in one - slow Mac and the Mail app crashing!
I am running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. Since the last few days my Mac slowed considerably and takes a long time to start, search, and perform several tasks. Everything freezes and the small circle of color appears in almost everything I try to do. After waiting for a while, it could be 4-5 minutes, I can get back to work.
I used only about 150 GB of my 1 TB HARD drive space.
Today the mail has crashed and when I click on the 'Open' button it goes down just yet once without opening the window. Other applications like suggestd and some internal applications also keep crashing.
Can someone help me understand what to do? Thank you!!

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I have a problem with your Mac after update of OS X El Capitan, is not what you expect. If I understand correctly, you are unable to open the mail and your Mac is running more slowly than expected. To refine and resolve this problem, I suggest these steps in the following order:
1. start using disk utility to repair all easily correctable problem on OS X, or on your drive can be attributed to these issues by following the steps in this article:
Disk utility (El Capitan): a disc repair
2. then use Mode without fail to start up your Mac so that it performs certain checks, remove files from the system cache, check your startup disk and trying to fix problems if necessary directory.
Try safe mode if your Mac does not end commissioning
Graphics performance limited in recovery of OS X or in safe mode3. you can find out if this unexpected behavior is related to the user file or parameter in trying to reproduce the problem to a different user account. This process includes creating a new user account, connect to it and test for the issue.

Pavilion 17-e112dx: make the system restore media is too slow
I put out my system recovery media creating... and now I want to install windows 10. However, the software HP tells me that I need these DVD media to create... so I decided to do it now.

Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome! I read your post on the Forums of HP Support and see that you create recovery media and find that it is slow.
Unfortunately, there is not a way to speed up the process. HP highly recommends that you create a recovery image on disc or save a recovery image on a USB flash drive as soon as you receive your computer, at this time there the burning process is less likely to have been too long. If you receive no error messages and the disc is burning correctly, I would say just to let it run its course, even if it is a long process.

Reading of the sequences of bmp HD too slow on quad core i7
I have a fairly fast quad-core i7 Win 7 64 bit machine with 12 GB of RAM and above all use first as an editor for our animated series. Make us 1280 x 720 30 fps bmp (not just progressive interlaced) footage, and then import along with the. WAV audio files. We need to align the sound effects and other editing considerations, but reading on the computer is much too choppy to time things well.
I assumed that this could be improved with PP 5.5 (I have used PP 2.0 forever, because he answered my needs), but the trial does not reveal that this is the case. I can, of course, go out to uncompressed AVI clips then readjust things and that's what I do in PP 2.0, but if that's what I have to do there is little benefit in me the upgrade to 5.5.

The problem is that when I delete this DB file becomes very slow for like 5 minutes.
Is there a memory or user level settings so that Oracle is not performed with this action is executed.
I perform this action from a user 'oracle' also to the database user. My database is 11g and Linux is the operating system.

Get the overhead of disk too slow on my iMac for LogivX 2010

When I open about 15 sites in firefox 6.0 and 6.0.1 with Morning coffee add-on version 1.35 there not too slow to browse all the it takes about 30 min or more some time never load sites
but when I do in firefox 5, 5.0.1, or 3. XX is the browsing speed is good and take about 2-3 minutes to completely cover each of them.
I think that there is a problem with several tab navigation in firefox 6 or maybe a security that allows to slow to browse many sites.
