  I suggest that you clear the cache of the AppWorld application:

  1. open the App World

  2. go to my world

  3. follow one (and only one!) of these steps:

  3. for the BB keyboard-oriented - hold down the ALT key and press on, in the sequence R, then S, then T

  3B. for touch screen only BBs - hold the num-lock (! 123 button) so that it hangs and then press on, in the sequence 3, then 4, then)

  3 c for the most recent (e, g., OS6 and 7) BB s, see this KB:

  4 AppWorld must close

  5. If your BB locks after issuing clear cache, do a battery pull reboot

  6. return to AppWorld/MyWorld (it can be slow, while it re - sync).

  If (4) stage arrives not as described, then the empty the cache failed.

  Is there a way to change the color inside the fiield of entry? This field could be date picker, list selection, text field or text box.
  
  Basically, asked me to change the color inside the box, not the box background color when it is a required field. This must be done in addition to the ' *' which indicates a required field.

  Yes, easy to achieve simply by setting the property color CSS to the required value. You could get the text in blue for a single item by entering style = "" color: Blue " in the attributes of elements in HTML form for the item." But you probably want to be specifying this kind of thing in the world, using a style sheet provided by the template page...

  This looks much more delicate. APEX does not have anything that makes the 'required field', with respect to the generated HTML, inherently "required." There is, unfortunately, no automatically applied to the element of class "needed". It is 'necessary' because its (somewhat perverse) label there is a 'compulsory' class and there is a validation performed on presentation requiring its value is not to be null. It looks like there is not nothing output by the engine of the form which could be used as a CSS selector to style rules apply to elements, and form elements is not customizable models.

  The only "global" approach, I can see (certainly at this late hour) would be an exercise in Javascript to find labels required (not particularly trivial in itself, as the required class may be on an element that is framed by the label element, not on the label itself), get the ID of their components of the subject of the attributes to apply the desired for this item class.

  You could do this manually by entering class = "required-item" in the attributes of elements in HTML form for each item and by applying the color required in a style sheet.

  When I try to restore/sync my iphone to my itunes (first time I did it because it's a new phone - not new so I have no guarantee Apple).

  I have no problems with the internet, only the problem of the iphone/itunes. Reset the internet protocol allows, as says apple? It is not sensible, but if I decide to do, it will cause me problems internet, if in fact it wasn't the question in the first place?

  In the Event Viewer, I had this error SEVERAL times every second.  He goes absolutely crazy.

  I don't know what to do with it.

  I'm with Windows 8 Pro running on a very stable computer with 8gig of ram, plenty of hard drive space.  Each single drivers updated Windows Update.  Everything is really clean except this error in Event Viewer

  Exactly the same problem, nothing Microsoft recommended was the cause, scannow and DISM commands are returned without error.

  So I went to the event viewer and scrolled down to find, when these errors began to occur. So I found a few entries initially saying things like: an attempt to move the file 'C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\TileDataLayer\Database\EDB.log' to 'C:\Users\xxxxxxxx\AppData\Local\TileDataLayer\Database\EDB00008.log' failed indicating system 183 (0x000000b7) error: "cannot create a file when that file already exists.

  Then, I went to C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\TileDataLayer\Database\ and removed the files listed (e.g., EDB00008.log).

  Bingo, the errors will stop immediately.

• Error wmilib.sys Service Pack 1

  Whenever I try to install Vista 32 bit Service pack 1. I get the following error message. WMILIB. SYS file is damaged or missing error code 0xc000000f. I had to perform a full restore of the operating system disc such as provided by Dell. If I turn off the automatic updates, there is no problem other than my system is rather slow. I tried to download this service pack as service Pack2 on my hard drive to install them manually, but I can't get past this error message as the only way to access the system with the repair function on the system disk.

  At first we try to run the System File Checker, to make sure that all the system files are intact.

  Try to run the tool File Checker system following the steps below:

  1. Click Start and type cmd in the box start the search.

  2. in the area of results, right-click cmd.exe, and then click Run as administrator. You will be asked to type the password for an administrator account. If you are the administrator or type the administrator password, click on continue. Then click on continue.

  3. at the command prompt, type Sfc/scannow, and then press ENTER.

• Crash blue screen with error 1gdpmd64.sys

  I have a Pavilion dv7-6b78us laptop.  He started to crash to a blue screen with an error 1gdpmd64.sys.  I tried just reboot and it hangs just still a little later after use.  I searched the web and found a site that recommended upgrading the graphics drivers and chipset.  I did and it still broke to blue screen after a short use.

  I decided to do a system restore then after performing a backup.  The restoration went well past (disk formatted and reinstalled to restore a minimum of software.)  I then reinstalled all the upgrades of Microsoft (with the exception of IE 11) and then installed Norton Security Suite.  I then installed Microsoft Office & Student 2007.

  I fell for the same system error blue screen again.  Is it time to tight teeth and get a new hard drive?

  Finally, I did a restore to the factory settings that formats the c: / partition and reinstall the PC to factory settings and original software.  I then reinstalling all other software.  So far so good.  I did most of the upgrade of Microsoft (there are more than 130 of them) and that is brought back up to 10.  However, I see there are updates more that need to be installed, so maybe I have have not yet hit bad.  I think I'll install the rest one at a time and see what happens.  Perhaps in this way I know that we're causing problems.

  Have you tried upgrading your graphics and chipset drivers?
