The secure bank site unreadable e-mail

I have a weird problem with emails sent to me by my bank on their secure website.

So far I was sent to 4. The numbers 1, 2 & 4 came, and when I chose 'VIEW' of the site Web of the image was unreadable slipped into a coded format. If I choose to download in pdf format, it is readable English. However, email no. 3 came through correctly and is readable when the 'VIEW' option has been selected.

I thought he might have the software Adobe Reader but that seems to be correct and functional properly and it right up to date.

I use Kaspersky AV Internet and everything is up to date wise so far. The software adds 3 additional layers of encryption on all my financial websites, so I've disabled Protection and tried to read the files, but no change. After long and several emails controls between Kaspersky Support and myself that it seems that it is not the AV software that is the origin of this anomaly.

I contacted the Bank and after the longer controls by what they assure me this afternoon which is passed them and received by me are readable on their system they use for the verification of such things.

I closed my iMac and it opens mode safe, run disk utility and application of first aid to repair all permissions that may went astray.

I then opened the mail in normal mode and said to rebuild my mailbox but the problem remains and so I turn to my fellow iMac users for help. Everyone knows about this problem? Has it been resolved?

    If you have a new icon rogue Message on your home screen, or a negative number (-1), one of these solutions could erase or reset:

    Try these options:

    • Hard Reset BlackBerry by holding ALT CAP (right Shift key) and DEL (or removing and reinserting the battery)
    • Messages > saved Messages
    • Messages > view folders, check each folder (calls, SMS and MMS, and boxes, saved missed boxes, browser, phone logs etc.)
    • Defiler, scroll to the top of the page of the message file, above the menu date heading, click or tap to MARK PRIOR OPEN
    • Change your theme and see if it persists and return to your desired theme. (Options > theme > select.)
    • Clean and reload your OS.
  • The Internet banking site will not save my computer?

    I recently got a new laptop which is running Windows 7.  It's my first experience of Windows 7 and I love it!  There are a few things that kind of upset me.  The purpose of this question is saved on my computer on a secure site.

    When I log onto my site to Internet banking for the first time since a computer, he asks me if it's a public computer (do not register) or a private computer (registry).  I always rely on private computer check.  Yet, whenever I return to the site it says it didn't recogize the computer and asks me to save it by answering a security question.  It's only annoying because it's an extra step, but I don't know why it won't save my selection.  My desktop runs Windows Vista and it works fine.  At work, we always run XP, and it works fine there as well.  Why I can't make it work on Windows 7?  It's just very strange to me.

    So it is clear it incase of issues, which it does from what I've read so far, I'm running Firefox 3.6.10

For example, here in these forums you can see your address bar is as follows: mozilla.com . https://support.mozilla.com... The front ' |' ("mozilla.com") is what I'm talking about. For more information on the security certificate, you can mouse over and also clicking on it.

    I just bought a gateway/router RV082 Dual WAN because I have both cable and DSL feeds in my office. Everything works fine until I try to access a secure web site or have a conversation through my Vonage internet phone. In failover mode all works. As soon as I select Load Balancing, I have outages. I do not see this listed anywhere as a 'problem' so there must be some kind of workaround if this isn't a bug. Has anyone else seen this and how did you resolve teas?

    The problem you are having is your doing load balancing and traffic to the secure Web site is to get out the two wan.  The secure site is waiting for a response from the original wan ip, which has established the connection, and then it receives the response from the other wan ip address.  It is a common problem.  You can do protocol binding tab management system and have everything that your https traffic out a single IP wan, this will fix this issue.

I contacted the St George Bank and the ANZ Bank and both say that the problem with Firefox, not their systems. They advise also strongly me to not perform Internet banking unless the security padlock closed is visible in the window secure. The padlock is not visible when I connect secure site of PayPal. Before the upgrade, this problem did not exist and there is no when I use IE. Firefox is my favorite browser.

    I'm moving to use IE8 for Mozilla Firefox. When I access my banking Web sites and Paypal on IE8, the secure lock icon always appears next to the address. When I try to use FF, none of the Web sites show all icons padlock secure, so I'm afraid to connect to these Web sites using this browser.
    This sounds really weird as I thought FF was supposed to be safer. If the padlock icon does not appear, should I refrain to connect to these sites?

    Check the extended certificate of Validation is much more important than a padlock icon, which can be "faked" by a Web site.
