The seller approval workflow error

Hello

I tried (unsuccessfully so far) activate the standard workflow for the approval of the seller (say: VendorApproval)

However, when I try to change a provider (which triggered the workflow) I get the following message is displayed:

Any ideas on that?

Thank you for reading!

After some poking around more, the error was caused by a user. After the user has been deleted from the list (list of users is based on a query using a specific role), the workflow has worked properly.

    Hello

As a VINE, I try to install recon trust based on flat file using GTC. I also created an access policy through which the AD resources are provisioned. Now before AD is put into service, I need Manager approval.

I've created a workflow approval for AD RO and it works very well if an existing user goes and asks AD resource. However, approval is not triggered if the user is created through the reliable reconstruction process. AD resource is automatically put in service to the user in this case.

When I changed the access "Available with approval" policy, approval is sent to the xelsysadm user. Once xelsysadm was approved, pending approval was sent to the queue manager as well.

Please advice on how I can trigger an approval during a recon reliable process with out having an additional approval of realted to political access. Also, just out of curiosity, how do I specify that the approvers are for a polcy access.

    Thank you

    Hello..

I see that you have already written the answer as well. See points below:

-Access policy has nothing to do with the fact that WHO is the approver? It can simply guide it would be licensed or not. It is to your question also just out of curiosity, how do I specify that the approvers are for a polcy access.?

Now, if you select the option available with approval in the access policy, as soon as the policy is triggered a request is generated for commissioning. It's something that you have already done. It would be same even if you trigger an ad request. This American due to the fact that in both cases trigger you the same workflow approval of IOM.

Now also tell you -Please advice on how I can trigger an approval in the course of a recon with out reliable process with an additional of realted approval access policy. What do you mean by additional approval?

-first approval comes from xelsysadm. You can remove it by attaching tcCompleteTask to the process of approval Standard task approval . Now, you'll see approval of the Manager in both cases.

-If you want than the different approval workflow to get fired so you can create approval workflows two and then attach to a rule for the determination of the process, while according to the rule condition different approval workflows get triggered on * 1. normal applications * and * 2. Recon trust *.

  • Passing the parameter of workflow with shows the http 404 error pages

    Hello

I have a parent workflow with fragments of page deleted as a region on a page. The fragment of a page in the parent workflow displays the read-only table employees. The service Id of the table appears as a link. When you click this link, the following is provided:

    • action listener is called which calls the managed bean that retrieves this Department Id and defines in the pageFlowScope.
    • Pass this value as an input to the child workflow parameter. Child workflow contains its display type is inline-popup page.

The problem is that when there is no parameter passed to the child workflow the popup is fine. But if the parameter is passed it gives the following error:

    ADF_FACES - 60105:HTTP error state Code: 401.

Parameters passed from parent to child, such as:

    #{pageFlowScope.DepartmentIdBean.value}

(DepartmentIdBean is the bean class that gets and sets the Id selected Department)

Parameter received in the child as workflows:

    #{pageFlowScope.pdeptId}

Can someone please help me solve this problem? Is that the path parameter is spent creating problem? The same scenario works very well if the child workflow is invoked with fragments of page and like exterior window. I use JDev 12 c.

I looked at the code and modify it to make it work. There were a few errors. the way main reason you got the error was that you tried to read the non-existing parameter values.

If you go here in the Oracle assets: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/id-mgmt/overview/oim-11g-assets-504842.html

There is approval workflow and a 11.1.2.0 example. It contains the final workflow that can be deployed. You can take this as an example and information out of it for your authorization custom which may help to recover what are necessary.

  • Implementation of date deadline for the approval workflow step

Hello! I'm trying to set up the deadline for a date of approval workflow. I was thinking of using tokens, so that the user/author enters at this date (using the calendar tool) the custom metadata field, and then this value token can be used in the custom script iDoc in the case of update of the step.

Even if I found something similar in the documentation, I can't understand how to extract the date out of this custom field value:

    < parseDate (wfCurrentGet ("lastEntryTs")) $if < $ dateCurrent (-7) >
    DO SOMETHING
    < $endif$ >

I guess that dateCurrent-(7) will have to use my value of token instead of the value (-7)? But how can I configure the token for the date (I know how to user) and how to get here?

    Thank you very much!

It would not be a token, but just a reference to the field that contains the date value. Assuming that your custom date domain name is "xCustomDate", something like this should work:

    <$if parsedate="" (wfcurrentget="" ("lastentryts"))="">< parsedate(#active.xcustomdate)$="">
    DO SOMETHING
    <$endif$>

  • Difference between the approved & approval workflow

    HII all,.

What is the difference between approved & approval workflow?

    Appreciate your response

This is the user guide for the planning:

Approved: Occurs when the approval is selected. The administrator becomes the owner. Only
the administrator can modify the data or perform an action on the approved planning units. After
all the planning units are approved, the budgeting cycle is completed.

Signed: Occurs when Sign Off is selected. Only the current owner or administrator can
change the data or perform an action on the unit planning of which the State is approved. Property
does not change when a planning unit is signed.

  • VMware service manager - query about the customer approval task

    Hi team,

I have a question about the customer approval task. In the workflow, there are two approval tasks: customer approval task (shown available for common to approve client portal) and the task (see sm9 for officer to approve). We wonder when opening a session a request and attach an object, the object could be shown on the customer approval task in the Web page of the portal? And how?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    Hello

You can easily change the approval control model (LiteApprovalReview.htm) by adding a code of extra table row in the table of information request:

    Objects

Then you should be able to display the list of attachments of application in the customer portal approval form.

Is a little more difficult for the approver to open the attachment - it must have permissions to view the query. You can do this by configuring the roles system (preferred method) or by changing the query .

    http://docs.Oracle.com/CD/E14571_01/doc.1111/e14308/scheduler.htm

Escalation of task - this scheduled task intensifies in anticipation of tasks whose escalation had elapsed at the time where the scheduled task was executed.

Thus, during the execution of this task a glimpse, the task that must be raised based on your setup in the composite SOA fires. Workflow escalation of task awaiting will then be triggered. The rest of them will remain same wait their approval.
