The Send button does nothing.  How can this problem be fixed?

I've seen many comments indicating that a Submit button in an XFA form will not work.  I think that this is perhaps a widespread problem.

The symptoms are:

1. the form is a form designer (sometimes referred to as a "XFA form") that contains an HTTP Submit or Email Submit button.

2. the submit button works fine if the user has Adobe Professional (bundle incluting Acrobat and lifecycle designer products) installed.

3. the submit button does not work if the user no longer has the Adobe Reader software installed.

Our users for the first time this problem in October, and we tried to determine what has changed in our system to get there.

The forms have been created using the designer of version 9.

On Windows 7 and Windows XP test PCs we have tried different versions of drive X and get the same results with all of them.

We mainly use Internet Explorer as your browser.

I must confess that I have not read all the release notes for all versions of Reader X.  And I don't even know if there is a problem with the drive.

Please let me know if you encounter this problem, and, if you have any ideas on how to solve it, I'd like to hear from you.

This seems to have been a problem installing with the reader.  We use a product called "Desktop Authority".    We are not really sure of what fixes the problem, but he ceased to occur after an upgrade.

    Suggest you follow the instructions below:

    • Quit Photoshop
    • Go to the location - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, find the file named sniffer.exe and move on desktop
    • Launch Photoshop and check again.

The simplest is to click with the right button on the element (I think you said a toolbar at the top of the screen) which covers the button send, select 'Inspect element' or press 'Q', then click on the arrow down next to the element name and choosing 'Remove the node', then the toolbar disappeared , and you may see the submit now button.
