    Hello

I suggest to check the audio device by default and check if it helps.

Set the audio output device by default using steps below:

    a. click the Start button and then click Control Panel. In the search box, type sound, and then click sound.
    b. click playback devices.
    c. Select the default device (internal speakers or speakers of HDMI output) and set it as default to make the sound come from specific device.

  • Sounds coming from my headphones and speakers at the same time - Alienware M17x R4

I have a rather annoying thingy with my laptop. When I do something on my laptop where noise is involved ( play games , play music , etc. etc. ) and I have ear plugs / headphones inserted , the sound is coming out of both my speakers and my headset.I do not know how long I already have the problem, I discovered it today when I took my headphones off for a moment.

Do any of you know how I can fix this? So that if I insert my headphones , the sound just goes through the headphones and not through the speakers at the same time. I Googled for a while now but I cant find a way to solve it. (Im not a PCs / laptops expert)
    ...

    I use an Alienware M17x R4 with Windows 10.

I have already tried to update the drivers , remove and restart to reset them but nothing seems to work, PLEASE HELP!
    ...

    Thanks in advance.

Hello. Please post your problem again, because half of your text has been cut. You may need to type it instead of paste.

Try to switch to the native Windows audio driver.

    1. open Device Manager (found in the Control Panel, or type devmgmt.msc in the search box).
    2. develop the 'audio controllers, video & game' and right click on the Creative Labs Recon pilot.
3 Select this option to "Update driver software".
    4. click on "Browse my computer for driver software".
    5. click on "Let Me pick from a list of drivers on my computer".
    6. put the "Show compatible hardware" check box if not already checked.
    7. in the list of devices, click on 'High Definition Audio"(native driver).
    8. click on "next".
    9. in the update driver warning box, click 'Yes' (the driver).
10 restart the portable computer if you are prompted. If not invited, so no need to restart.
[To return to the Recon pilot, do it again but reverse steps 2-7 names].

If you have only the symptoms with one of the drivers, then the other is at fault. If you have the same symptoms with two audio drivers, then it is likely not a driver problem, maybe material.

Can any1 please please help me?

We consider that your machine uses Realtek HD audio-
(Older versions of Realtek HD audio drivers may have a slightly different form, but the)
    basics should be the same).

    There are two ways to set up the helmet when it is plugged into the façade decision-making;
    (1) in Realtek Manager of her go to Advanced Settings feature in the upper right of the window.
Check the circle next to cut... plugged back.
When this fact was you must also click on the yellow folder icon below the
Device settings advanced and check 'Disable protection of jack façade' is clear.
-Of the drawbacks of this method are that you do not get an option of separate settings for headphones.
then they use the same environment as your speakers and EQUALIZER settings, but you can use both the
speakers and the headphones if you wish.
-Note that with this option, the helmet does not show in Sound Manager window.

    (2) advanced settings in the sound Manager go to Realtek device.
The check box next to do advance... at the same time.
This will disable the speakers when headphone is plugged in the socket of the façade,
and return to the speakers when headphones are disconnected.
Also check one or more of the boxes below, according to your need.

-With this setting, there is an option for headphones in the two Windows Sound manager
    and Realtek HD Audio Manager.
-With this setting, it does not matter which option to use in yellow folder as the setting icon
is ' either / or '. You cannot run at the same time the speakers and headphones.

-Note that with games the headset must be connected prior to spear the game, or
the default set to the speakers.

  • How to fix sound coming speakers and headphones at the same time?

My computer old enough, I'll tell you that. I bought it on ebay with Windows XP pre-installed, and I uninstalled it instantly to I can have the pleasure of installing Windows Me (because I'm a little strange) with an installation disc, I had to hang out. Everything worked fine, until one day I decided to install Windows NT 4.0 and that pretty well done the sound somehow. To resolve this problem when I reinstalled XP, I found a driver that worked perfectly. With XP, I've had no problem with the sound since I installed the driver; the sound comes through the headset when it is plugged and through the speakers when my headphones are plugged into.

Now, here's the problem. I installed Windows 7 Home Premium last night, as it came with another computer that broke some time ago. It works perfectly, just a little slow because my computer is old. Of course, I expect to have to install the audio driver again, as I formatted my hard drive before installing 7. So I downloaded the driver from the same place, as I always do, site Web of Realtek. After installation, the sound works fine - but it comes out through the speakers and the headphones at the same time.
I tried to plug my headphones into the Jack located on the front of the computer and back, and it's still having the same problem. He has nothing else connected to the computer but the monitor, keyboard, mouse and wifi adapter.
Windows 7 is the only OS by far that has had this problem on this computer. Strangely, on the computer on which he came with, I have no trouble. I plugged it right in there and badabing badaboom, everything was perfect.
So I don't understand why it does not work on this computer. If necessary, my audio device in the sound options is Realtek AC 97 Audio.
    Any help would be appreciated!

I looked everywere in my computer, but they are not found

I bet that you have selected the folder Adobe Bridge CC or CS6, and it would be in there under Program Files/Adobe/or Program Files (x 86) / Adobe /.

Move to... in the file Explorer apply only to records not the bridge program.

You open Bridge and Photo Downloader allows you to move pictures from your SD card in the deck (also called import)

  • No sound coming from my laptop

I have a laptop of HP2000... I have no sound coming from my speakers... can you please help?

    Hello

    Try the following.

Download the Realtek Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

    http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp64001-64500/sp64443.exe

One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the Realtek device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

When you are finished, stop the laptop - it by holding down the button SHIFT left click Shutdown to temporarily prevent a hybrid boot.

Then disconnect the AC adapter and then remove the battery.  Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.  Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter.

Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu.  Press f5 to load the default values (sometimes it's f9, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER.  Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.

Allow Windows to fully - charge it will automatically load an audio driver, but let just this complete.  Then open your download folder, right-click on the installation of Realtek Audio program and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  Once this done, do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select playback devices.  Left click 'Speakers and headphones' (or speakers/HP) once to highlight and then click the Set Default button - check if you now audio.

    Kind regards

  • 15 n series Pavilion: Pavilion 15 computer n097sa laptop. L and R audio that passes through the two speakers at the same time.

Hi, so basically, I just upgraded to this laptop 15 n097sa (new to me) of my old sucks, and it's so much better.
Only, I just noticed that when his left or right is out at the same time the two speakers. I noticed you access with your headphones. the left certainly comes out the left a little more and the right thus respectively, but they always come out of two speakers much.
To clarify that, the only left channel is coming from the two speakers at the same time, instead of just the left speaker. And similarly for the right channel.
I only did a real test on youtube videos of stereo test, even I tested it on my old acer before, that came out of the correct speakers.
I have a sound dts, no matter who is and it could be reduced to just change the settings, but I don't think that's it.
Does anyone else have or had this problem too?
I know I'm a sucker for pc, but please go steady on me, your.

will you please and thank you very much indeed, couch.

    Hi there @SofaQueue

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! It's a good place to find the help you need, so many other users, the HP experts and other members of the support staff.

I understand that you are having problems with the audio balance on your laptop, and I am happy to help you with this. First of all, I would say reinstall the audio driver.

    ETC.

Let me know if you still have problems and view the details of what happens.

I will mark it as resolved now. Very useful, thanks.
What I found was the following: I have really no problem at all, it was the parameters of the audio DTS after all.
Simply turn off the audio improvements and testing showed once again that's all it was.

Thanks again though, nice to see people are willing to help so much!

Edit: Is PS it OK to mark my answer as a solution? I don't care if or whatnot, it just is the right answer and makes sense. I'll do it if he lets me.

You can't unless you have the ability to use surround sound and then most of the time that the outputs are quite different for the surround speakers.  The a (normally green) jack is for the main speakers and other receptacles are for the individual surround speakers.  If you are using before (helmet) and taken back normally when something is plugged into the front jack rear taking is disabled.
  • Bluetooth and audio of the speaker at the same time

I run vacation watch I want to be able to provide an audio feature on both an FM transmitter connected to the headphone jack AND Bluetooth speaker at the same time. This way people walking as well as those in their car would be able to hear the music. As it is, I have a system that works, but not both at the same time. With the level of technology that is in the computers in the House these days, that shouldn't be too difficult to configure the software to allow the two outputs. Is it possible to make this work?

    Hello Gerald,

    Please contact Microsoft Community.

From the description of the question, we understand that you want to provide audio on the two FM transmitter plugged into the headphone jack and speaker Bluetooth at the same time. But unfortunately, we wish to inform you that it is not possible to obtain a taken audio headphone and speaker Bluetooth at the same time. As you mentioned in your post, you would be able to get the audio out through headphone or Bluetooth speaker both. You can check the Web to see if there is any third-party program that can support technology of dual audio output.

Important: Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

The above information was hoping to get useful, please return it to us if you need additional assistance.
