  Hi Sally,

  It is the wrong tool to use, but rather to use the clone stamp. Open the control panel in the Windows menu and you will see many options. One is to reverse the cloned area. Like this. Put the clone on its own layer like that allows you to better position and apply a layer mask to cover whatever it is unwittingly cloned. Cloning should be done with a soft brush at around 50% opacity just to enhance the effect. When you have finished giving the layer clone a soft Gaussian blur as this smooth out the look.   When closing my laptop, I got the blue "screen of death" and it restarts, windows came with this analysis of the accident: "error caused by the memory problem to live: run the Windows tool". I downloaded diagnostic tool (mstinst.exe), he opened so I got "windiag.iso" and he burned on a CD like they told me (the use of 'Record Now') and then I put in the CD drive and rebooted my computer. But it did not launch the tool! Does anyone know why it went wrong and how can I make it work? Even if I got the tool to work, I would be able to solve the problems of RAM anyway, just taking my laptop to a repair center?

• My Flash Brush tool does not work with my wacom tablet?

  When I put my pen on my Tablet it will draw a line to the left of botton. It's in the wrong place and I have treid changing pen settings and all. The strange thing is that all the other tools work well. Here is a screenshot:

  This problem is possibly due to an incompatibility with the latest Wacom drivers (6.3.14 - 1) which has already been fixed internally. The fix will only be available with the next release of Flash Pro. In the meantime, can you try uninstalling the Wacom drivers and install the previous version of Wacom Drivers(Get it from here: Legacy Drivers |) Wacom). Restart your computer and then try to use Flash Pro.

  Let me know if it still does not resolve the problem.

• Follow this procedure when the Sansa Connect recovery tool does not work!

  Hey people;

  This thread is just to consolidate the info from a lot a longer wire, earlier.

  Currently, the Sansa Connect recovery tool may or may not work for you.  You can see an error like 'failed to connect to the Internet' or "cannot retrieve the device, SanDisk contact technical support for assistance."  If Yes, it's probably because the recovery tool is unable to download the firmware images he needs zing.net.  SanDisk has not (yet) recognized this problem.  The strange thing is that * sometimes * recovery tool works, if you already have images of the firmware on the drive... but usually it doesn't.

  So here's what you do (with thanks to Larlos for providing the firmware images and order lines to their installation).  This assumes that you're 'stuck' to the "necessary recovery" post on your connection.  If not and you are in the regular menu of Sansa Connect, first follow steps 2 and 3 in this paper: http://mp3support.sandisk.com/tools/connect-recovery-instructions.pdf, do the following:

  (1) download the zip file containing the images of the http://www.megaupload.com/?d=UNLDGZ1N firmware

  (2) search for the following files in the zip file, and then copy them into the directory of your drive "C:\Program Updater Connect Device Recovery\cmdline":

  • everest_vmlinux_ext_prod_1.1.1.50239.SRR.e
  • yeverest_zap_ota_rel_1.1.2.65799.tar.gz.e

  (3) in the same directory, create a file named recovery.bat that contains the following three lines:

  (4) connect your Sansa Connect USB.

  (5) run the recovery.bat file (double-click it in Windows Explorer, or run from a DOS command prompt).  The line of 'pause' is there only so you can see the results of running if you run it from Windows Explorer.  Expect the recovery to the end; at the end of that your connection will restart.  If Windows displays the hardware wizard detected during this process, simply cancel the wizard.

  (1) no; you see the version numbers are associated with the files of the firmware (names starting with "everest" and "yeverest" files) that you have either downloaded when you ran the recovery tool, or download in megaupload.com zip file.

  (2) Yes, it's normal.  Zing is the company that allows you to manage authentication of audio stream and firmware for the connection.

  (3) the Y! symbol indicates just that when you use the Internet Radio feature, you are streaming audio of Yahoo (in fact, now owned by CBS Radio).  There is also a function of Flickr photos, which is associated with Yahoo.

  I wouldn't not viruses. I ran scans all time th. My Windows Security Alert was for a few hours and I can't ge to do anything. He keeps asking me to run the installation and then refuses, saying that all ready I have. I ran about three virs scan as this has been posted yet and I didn't have a virus.   Judging strictly from your post it looks like you have too many malware scanners installed which can decrease your overall protection in the end.

  No matter what scanners you used, please follow the instructions below. Reply back with the results and include a list of all malware/antivirus scanners software that are currently installed on your computer.

  Restart the computer in Safe Mode with network. Click HERE. Download Malwarebytes. Update Malwarebytes and perform a scan.  Choose whether to remove anything found. Once completed click HERE and download Superantispyware Portable. Perform a quick scan again remove anything found.

  That's what you should see the tool options in photoshop cc 2015.1.2 with the Spot Healing Brush tool selected.

  

  Check in the photoshop Preferences > workspace and see if close Enable option bar is selected that has a different appearance of the symbols in the options toolbar.

  Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode.   At the same time recording tool was not possible and if you install Adobe Scriptlistener plugin Adobe will disable the recording of the tool its never an option.

  I use and record the actions all the time and was looking forward to the registration tool when Adobe announced it.  But I found what they delivered was very limited because of the restrictions. I don't like that Adobe disables the registration on my machine tool.

  The amount of data that gets reorganized also seems to vary between machines.  I found that Action recorded on a fast machine are not usable on a slow machine.  Recorder fast machine too much data.

  You use this action on the documents must also have the same size and resolution as the document that you have saved the action on. Quite a restriction.
