The standard warranty registration

Hello

I had problems to register my netbook for the standard warranty and the site advised me to contact [email protected] to address this issue. The recording, they warned me that the purchase date is currently wrong and it can take up to a week to update.

The problem is there is a period of 7 days to register for 'No Matter What Guarantee', I can't do that before the purchase date is fixed, there are only 2 days left and [email protected] is slow to respond to my last survey.

Can someone give me advice how to proceed?

PS old purchase date means that I was sold a refurbished netbook?

    I would call Toshiba and ask them to look into the issue. This looks like a bug with the website.

    I have registered my system to the Standard warranty and also fact of registration for extended warranty Service (2 years) and _got message for registaration successful for both, standard warranty and extended warranty_. But on the verification of the details of my system to it always says my system is NOT REGISTERED and the guarantee here it shows only 365 days and not 3 years!

    Normally 1 year warranty is free (many sellers are doing the same thing, by law I think). Providers can offer an extended warranty on SOME products, also free (actually included in the price). 1 year is the norm for your machine, you will need to contact HP (or online help) to buy additional coverage.     During the first 6 months after the purchase of my Toshiba, I recived a offers to extend my warranty from 1 year to 2 years. During the process of registratiopn, asked me to give the number of the contract that has been on my Bill.

    I did not the above, because the company, which me Tooshiba Satellite A300-23F sold does not have the right number of the invoice. After that I have recived the contract number and I wanted to register again, but the page that appears have this window to put the number.
    So I registered with tought this is already a long recording. But nothing more confused.
    It was the standard recording.

    What should I do to get this free registration right now?

    I recorded my warranty for laptop. Later, I did a full restore of the system the Toshiba registration icon/program is back.

    How to uninstall this program? It won't let me register twice. Normally I find what I need in Add/Remove Programs, but not this time.

    I bought a Toshiba A100-002 has recently provided with a 'standard' 1 year international warranty. I bought an "extended warranty from 1 to 3 years International" (code: SE5003I-APB), because it was presented as the only "from 1 to 3 years' warranty extension by the local website of Toshiba (Hungarian) and was also recommended by the retailer I bought the laptop.

    However, when I tried to register the warranty, registration page said "your number of collateral agreement that you have entered is not compatible with the model number of your laptop." Unfortunately I'm short on time I have only 24 hours left to sign up (it must be registered within 30 days of purchase), and the retailer is not reachable (it's Easter).
    Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?

    I suggest the following:
    Wait for your 1 year warranty registration has been confirmed. Go after Easter at your dealer, tell him what is the problem, so it will give you a 1-3 year warranty extension, you then have to register on this website posted you´ve.

    You cannot do anything at the moment, because your first registration, which is limited to your machine is already made, so the other cannot be carried again.

    Hello, I brought a laptop in January 2013, and I'm still under "warranty". My 2 year daughter, nevertheless managed to get his hands on the laptop trying to find 'Peppa Pig' haha. She managed to wrest the space bar, and when I told him to put it back, she abandoned it and chipped the side of the case. Their is also some brands of very minor chip on the screen as well that I am not bothered but I was wondering if one of these damanges maybe covered by the standard warranty?

    What exactly is the standard warranty and what is the coverage? It covers the case for replacement, replacement of the screen, keyboard replacement? If not all, but maybe only a few replacements (e.i the keyboard) which is more inporant for our use because we must keep pressing the central button.

    Without the guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects and simply wear on parts. It does not cover accidental damage or abuse of toddler. Some extended warranties sold through retail stores are more like insurance and cover this damage, but not the guarantee of HP.

    the standard warranty for battery is one year, if your system warranty is 1 or 3 years. It is / was an option for the extended battery warranty, so check it out here if you qualify.

    I live in Romania and I bought my Toshiba L300-19 septies of the Romania on February 9.

    I bought a laptop around mid September 2008 in Saudi Arabia. (Jarir Bokstore). The store had a promotion whereby you get the standard one year international warranty, BUT they give you a further extension of one year (so 2 years in total).
    I intended to have bought an extended warranty for a period of three years. The seller told me that I can activate my warranty 'gift' and later buy another warranty extendable to a total of 4 years international coverage.

    I signed the guarantee and it appears on the portal of warranty toshiba.
    However, when I returned to the store to buy a new extended warranty told me that you cannot register more than one warranty.
    I found it strange and therefore did not buy the extended warranty still additional. I need to know if it's actually true, or I'll always be able to buy an extended warranty again. Seems that I meet a brick wall, when I ask the salemen... .thought I would try the forum instead.

    AFAIK all Toshiba laptops are covered under warranty for one year (12 months).
    If you would register your laptop on the Europe of Toshiba page you would get more than one year warranty; total 2 years warranty.

    The additional year of warranty is not a gift from the shop. You will get this additional year warranty always if you would register the laptop. It has nothing to do with the place where you purchase this laptop.

    So now, a few words about your warranty extensions.
    First, you will need to register your laptop on the Europe of Toshiba page.
    This registration will allow the second extra year of warranty. (as mentioned above)
    Now if you want you can buy even more extended.
