  You can get a direct view. Use "HAVE order Notifier: cancel before ' or ' HAVE order Notifier: after cancellation. Substitute for "Undo" and "Redo" as needed.

• Maybe stupid question from new user: that can be done to get the variables displayed in the information tab variables?

  I've been a user of LabVIEW (2011) for about 1.5 years now and just got ahold of TestStand 2014 to try future test as a structure for our needs.

  I am using on and off for about 3 days and there is something that has been driving me nuts.  When I launch a sequence, and that the report comes at the end, there are three tabs on it: report, steps and Variables.  Report and the steps are exactly what I expect to see.   However, the Variables tab is always empty.  Nothing that I found via my technique of checking everything in menus that looks vaguely related and right click things on many items and these menus for other vaguely related things as well.

  I tried looking for references to it, and all I get is the "Main" variable tab you see when you change the sequence, not the one that appears on the report.

  I suspect there is something incredibly obvious that I'm missing, but it's driving me crazy here...

  You won't see that filled when a run is complete. The variables are useless at this time here.

  If you want to see this populous tab to suspend execution in the middle.  Or a breakpoint.  Then you can watch the variables at run time.

  One thing I can say is to ADD you to the list with all the permissions...

• RDP for the CSA MC using the user state

  I'm trying to activate an administrator remote access to the MC via RDP. The rule is triggered, which denies this action is #262. Is there a way to allow access to the box based on user RDP State? I need what the admin group is part of a DHCP pool so I can't nail down to just its address. Documentation is not very clear in the application of States of the user.

  YES, it is absolutely possible to do. Let's say your MC is in a group called "MC CSA Group. In this group, you have implemented policies. Beside policies are your rule failet etc... So what you need is to create a new strategy (set it to Windows or Linux, if necessary). You then create a new 'Module of rule' that you attach to the new policy that you just created. When you create the new rule Module, you'll see an article that says "steady-state". Select the option "apply this rule module if the following status conditions are met:" click the checkbox beside of "user state:". "» Selection in the State of the user list, click on 'NEW '. Here, you will need to create a user state based on what you want to be able to RDP to the CSA MC. give the new user to the user a state name. Here you have the choice, you can create a specific user (i.e. If only a domain user id must have access), or you can use a domain or Local Group. (I.e. If the Domain Admins need to access the CSA MC to the RDP). Allows that you want to use the group Active directory 'Domain Admins '... "The corresponding to groups" enter the EXACT name of the domain group (Ex: MYDOMAIN\MYGROUP). Click Save. Select the new status for the user, and then save the new rule module. Assign the new rule module to the new policy and implement the new strategy of the Group CSA MC. Finally, you need to navigate the new rule module that you created and add a NETWORK access CONTROL RULE. Create an allow rule that will allow the termsrv.exe as server TCP/3389.   Schema APEX_xxxxxx or FLOWS_xxxxxx are stored users APEX is where all your application metadata and workspace. The scheme name depends on your version of the APEX.

  I don't think that this problem is related to ASO - filters are filters.

  All you need to do to sort the column filters is to change the filters, then click on the column heading "name of the filter. It sorts fine in the EE 9.3.1.

  When the system is running very slowly it's a great nuisance to have to activate the "show processes from all users' the after you have opened the TM and waste valuable time in the process identifying guilty.

  Csrss.exe is Client/Server Runtime Subsystem.  All the Microsoft system has file csrss.exe running in the Task Manager, but it is likely to be infected by others. If it uses a lot of time processor and extremely abnormal in activities in the Task Manager, you can run a scan of the system security.

  These include create application, will exist for users in the Application of the HFM configuration utility Developer group. Provide a group, replace the default 'All' on each HFM application server in the environment. After doing this change and restarted HFM on all servers (restart all servers) then only members of this group can create new applications. If the menu may still appear, you will find that an "Access denied" error if anyone outside this group tries to create an application. Even the enable/disable connections is controlled by the administrator group of applications next to the app creator group in the utility.

  This group and the related menu items have nothing to do with application roles.

  I want to count the list where numbers are greater than 8. So my end result to this list should be '4' (11, 13, 16, 21).

  I read all the functions list and nothing seems to match. How can I evaluate the items in a list to see fi they superior to 8 then count items only?

  If it meets the condition, add it to the new list.

  After the loop, the new list will have values you want.

• BPM 11.1.1.5 dynamic task assignment to the user

  I work with BPM 11.1.1.5 (without feature pack). I have a requirement to assign a task to a user dynamically, based on the data that I pull from a DB query. If the task expires, I will assign it to another user, once more based on a DB query.
  
  I was not able to find a way to do this. I tried to create the list of participants "by"Expression", where the expression is: /task:task / task: systemAttributes / task: assignees: the task id, where I already assigned one LDAP user ID to a TaskExecutionData input variable. It does not work!
  I have read a number of forum posts where people try to do this, but they are not answered or responded inadequately.
  I have read a number of posts where people talk of doing so using bpws:getVariableData() where the dynamic list of users is stored in a variable. Would be great, if it worked for BPM, because that is exactly what I would do. However, it is a BPEL solution I see! I could not find a way to access a variable declared in the form of expression in BPM Builder.
  
  Anyone has a solution to do this, please?
  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is this something that is easier to do in PS5?

  Not sure if this is what you need, but to give the BPM work item instance from one of information read from a database table, one approach is to:

  1. read the table and returns the Userid to a variable process the data upstream from the interactive object.
  2 pass the variable with the user id in the interactive human task.
  3 open the human task, click on the assignment tab-> double-click the icon of the performer in the Center-> change the dropdown to "Build a list of participants to help" for "names and Expressions"-> click the 'more'-> click 'Add a user'-> change 'Data Type' drop-down list selection to "by the Expression"-> click on the button «...» "in virtue of the 'value'-> expand the 'task'-> expand" task: payload "-> select the variable that you set the user id.

  I think that there is probably more to your question that, but I hope this is a beginning.
