The upgrade from the trial subscription to Photoshop - filters lost!
After the expiration of my trial of Photoshop, I bought a year subscription (with prepaid card) and I am frustrated that I have now is not like the trial. Specifically, I can't access filters (in gray). Also, when I open it it always refers to a trial with 29 remaining days even if I paid for a year of subscription.

I have a complete picture of 12 months subscription given by Canon, but Adobe CC guard resetting my account for free from the trial subscription. Cannot start Photoshop because of the trial subscription has expired.
I tested the trial version CS6 Photoshop Extended and after its expiration, I bought "Photoshop CS6 subscription edition (monthly publication)". I downloaded and installed. Now, when I start it, all I see is the "trial expiré" - window.
I tried- and re - installing everything, try to clean the registry, tried the Adobe CS-nothing removal tool does not.
"The trial expiré" - window has a button to enter a serial number, but the monthly subscription is not come with one - I've checked all the subpages of "My Adobe", I could find. It was not a serial number in E-mail either.
I hope someone can help, thanks a lot!
I could finally solve the problem with the help of support Adobe. For everyone with the same problem:
1. Uninstall Photoshop.
2 delete the following files (replace "in the program" with the Program files - your language):
"C:\Program (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\caps\"caps.db.
"C:\Program (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\backup\"caps.db.
"C:\Program (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\caps\"media_db.db.
C:\Program (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\ "pcd.db"
"C:\Program (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\"cache.db ".
3. re-download and reinstall Photoshop.
4. start Photoshop and log in with your Adobe ID.

I created an adobe account and I am currently trying to install creative cloud in order to try the trial version of photoshop and lightroom, but I can't get insofar as the process of checking e-mail and adobe is sending the e-mail to my email from hotmail to nephews who is not associated with this account. He used my iMac in November but I only created this adobe account this week. His e-mail address is not linked to this account anyway... help. I really need to try out photoshop and lightroom and do not want to buy the monthly where the same problems occurs. Thanks in advance.

What you need to do is to get him to sign with the cloud on your computer, uninstall and clean all Adobe, then login with your account

As far as I know, Cloud programs are related to the identification of the user, so 'you' can only install on 2 computers and both can not be used at the same time
Then, each computer must have the trial installed by a different person (different Adobe ID) to have all the computers used at the same time

Impossible to use the trial version of Photoshop

I downloaded the trial version of photoshop, and even if it is installed, it does not work. An error: update failed is displayed on creative cloud. When I try and open the application it is cutting immediately with a pop up stating: Adobe Photoshop does not.

During the whole until I chose the trial/subscription instead of the serial number, how do I go back and add the serial number?
Open acrobat > click Help > activate.
If you don't see this option, but rather see help > connect, uninstall that acrobat, clean (Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs) and then install the version without a subscription.
