I remember, before disconnecting my wireless internet, using Windows Vista (I have Vista on my laptop) and given the opportunity to upgrade to Windows 7. I had my internet is turned off and turn it back on and I tried this again, and now all I have is the Vista installation option, which I have. Why? I want to upgrade to Windows 7. Help! :-)

Hello

You can buy Windows 7; It does not come for free.

You need a product key for Windows 7.

Could you give us more information?

Follow these steps before you buy/try installing Windows 7:

Go to your computer / computer laptop manufacturer Web site and see if Windows 7 drivers are available for your make and model computer / laptop.

If this is not available, Windows 7 will not properly work for you.

Run the "Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor.
