  If you cannot connect to your admin account, no tutorials can help you because they need you to connect to an administrator account to carry out the instructions.

  See if the following can get an admin account...

  Go to Safe Mode...

  Restart your computer > immediately and repeatedly pressing the F8 key until you see a black and white screen. The top/down arrow and select Mode safe mode with networking.

  Now, while in safe mode, you perform one of the following?

  The above message appears when I try to log in.  He only started past today, for no apparent reason.  I can access a different account on my computer, but that information is stored on my own connection.  The administrator so I cannot get a more far by creating other accounts etc, (which would not have the info I need anyway).  Help... IM an administrator but he is also another account Admin I tried to create a new account and copy all the files from my old to my new account, I managed to make a new account, but when I tried to search on Windows Explorer, it didn't appear.   I just added a new HD and a new installation of my HP Win7-64. I had to remove the disc and go back where I was before the update of the material. Finished with a dual boot? Win Vista - Win 7 (recovered) in the script. When I boot Vista (although it looks like Win7 and says on the screen) I get on ok but when I try to choose the Win7 (recovered) I get a failure at the level of the Office of logon "user profile service doesn't have the logon - user profile cannot be loaded.» The user is "Tom." I look at profiles of properties-user-computer and see C:\users\Tom - C:\users\updatus to-C:\users\Admin. I remove the Admin because it was the only one that Windows would allow me to remove. That did not help the problem of logon. I looked in the registry and see user users\Tom & users\updatus it.  Another road, that I took was advanced system settings. -Prof. of the user and I saw 'by default profile - 14/09/09 - Home\Tom - 11/12/12 & Home\Updateus User - 11/12/12. (1) what should I do with this problem of user profile and how do I get the ability to dual boot with Vista or Win7.

  This also happened to me in another case. All local users are unable to connect they get this error. For example if I enable comments or create a local user account that is a member of the 'users' group I get this error when you connect using the accounts of the said that has been set with a blank password. However, I was able to use my administrator account to manage my machine. You probabbly deleted your permissions on the "C:\Users" folder or the root of the drive itself. If you have a local account, you can plug this hard drive into a computer with the same OS as slave then add "everyone" group with full control and select inherit permissions from parent. Restart, and then try. I hope this helps. C =

  I work with a Windows 7 computer. Access is via a password protected user account. When I provide the password, I get a message indicating that the user profile cannot be loaded.

  I would like to provide the exact text of the error, but it is in Spanish and I'm sure you get the picture. I always write in English to maximize my audience.

  I already tried to start in safe mode and access the computer with the administrator account to the default system, but apparently that was disbled, and I can only connect with the above user account...

  ... that the profile cannot be loaded.

  Any help in finding ways to access the machine would be great.

  Thanks for the reply. I apologize for the multiple postings, but I was under pressure by the friend for whom I am trying to solve the problem. Users never understand the challenges inherent to resolve hardware/software problems, especially when you are dealing with the issues that you have not solved before.

  You can try the following.

  Shut down the PC.  Tap away at f8 that you start the PC to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select Safe mode and press ENTER.  If windows will load in this mode, on the Start Menu, click principally made programs, click Accessories, click System Tools and run the system restore.  Choose a restore point at least 24 hours prior to the issue of logon and then proceed to the restoration.  When you are finished, Windows will restart as normal in order to check if you can now connect correctly.

  Another option if the above does not help is as follows.

  Shut down the PC.  Tap away at f8 that you start the PC to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select "Start using last good known Configuration" and press ENTER.
