  I recently updated my Mac Mini with an SSD.  With brio, fast, but when I logged in the App Store with the same ID as before Apple, only a few games and Pages have been listed in the pane of my "purchased" on the App Store.  How can I get my numbers and other applications is displayed?  It is not that I am cheap, but why pay twice?  Old HARD drive is still installed, the system stops on the new SSD.

  I'm an amateur photo with literally thousands of photos of scenic and nature, all labeled with keywords and manually marked locations (since my DSLR is not an internal GPS and therefore cannot automatically geotag photos) in iPhoto on our old computer that runs on the Mavericks. Recently, we bought a new iMac that runs on El Capitan, and when we moved my data from the old computer, all of my iPhoto library moved into Photos. Unfortunately, because the pictures does not support the manual tagging locations, all hours of work I put in dropping the pins on maps to show the exact location where all my photos have been taken has disappeared. Enter Photos and keywords to adapt to all of the States, cities and specific locations where these pictures were taken just is not practical; my list of keywords would get horribly difficult to handle, and a good number of these photos were taken in "one-of-a-kind" tasks because they were taken on the fly from a moving vehicle. And that is not even taking into consideration all overtime work that would result. There must be someone out there who is dealing with the frustration of having to deal with a system that was designed for the casual snapshot-takers rather than serious photo enthusiasts! I still have the old computer with iPhoto installed on it and all the photos that I put in it until we bought the new computer. Is it possible that I can get the old computer to the new iPhoto? Can I put it on an external drive or DVD and copy it to the El Cap computer as iPhoto, or will it simply push all in Photos or choke and gag on that? I continue to work with my photos in iPhoto on your old computer, and I hope that he does not die in the near future? (And while we're at it, has any outside me informed Apple photos how bad works for those who need features in iPhoto that does not get incorporated in the Photos? • How can I get my old firefox back?

  I don't like this new blue one and has not asked for it, this is all of a sudden. In addition, it has a really strange behavior. For example, just now I have 5 tabs open firefox. The first is a question on your forum. When I clicked on the link "ask a question" at the top of the page, it opens the next page in a new tab. And when I clicked on the find on this page button, it opens another tab again. This tab was asked what product I want support with and open another tab with the next page. And yet 10 minutes ago it worked fine. He retains it, doing suddenly change his mind about how he opens new pages.
  In addition, I can be through a page using the scroll on my mouse wheel, then suddenly it stops scrolling and starts to do the top page or less instead. Why he keep changing his mind on what he does?

• How can I get my old mozilla back window after the upgrade automatically changed without asking me?

  What I would like is the window of the screen/boot I've had in prior to this new improved window version. The window that appears when you start mozilla. I didn't want to not update, don't have requested by mozilla and I was perfectly happy with mozilla having this nice orange tab where I coul find everything I needed, also as the organizer of better bookmarks with the old version.

  Yes, my iTouch has some age but it works very well. It apparently can't be upgraded over IOS 5.1.1 but I'd keep it sync with my iTune 10 Windows and download my podcasts.  Is there a work around or a good approach?   I am able to do this or my original lap top now with Windows 10 since I was apparently sync the iTouch and iTunes on this laptop.

  Synchronization always works in the same way that it always has.   If you did not, download iTunes on your Windows 10 laptop and connect your iPod using the USB cable.

  I used TB on system W10, very well. MS has pushed an upgrade for W10 and it totally screwed my system. I had to reimage my system with W10. That worked well, was supposed to keep my data but amazed my programs. This turned out to be true that I reinstalled my programs and data for them were always there. I reinstalled TB, has functioned well, currently able to download all new emails, but I can't find my old emails or my old profile name. Can someone tell me where to look my old data, if by chance its still there? I guess that's all my data was still there, but you never know people with MS.

  OK, think about it. Old profile is located in the Windows.old folder. You can move your old profile from the windows.old folder and place it in the current profile folder, and then go and change your profiles.ini and remove your new profile name and enter in your old profile name, then restart TB. Worked like a champ.

  (1) I checked the updates in the App Store. Nothing obvious jumped.

  (2) I tried to restart everything again. No luck.

  (3) I checked System > Library > CoreServices > Firmware updates.  It is empty.

  Not sure why it does this. But really want to stop. It makes reboot take an extra + 30 seconds, at least.

  You jumped with both feet before looking down.

  Gather all your installation media (CD & DVD & download installers for stuff) and all your product key/serial number (proof of purchase and use rights) and install the applications.  Then use your last backup (this is something that you did, right?  -you have backed up your documents, photos, music, videos, favorite internet, emails, contacts, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, etc. so that if the computer was lost to you somehow, you had your stuff...?) and restore your personal affairs.

  If you do not have installers for your applications, product keys and the serial numbers for the products purchased and the backups of your files - then you are out of luck.  You have erased the hard drive of your computer and installed a clean operating system.  * Poof *.
