The Web of Toshiba site does not recognize of my drive hard number and P/N

There is a little less than two months, I bought my HDD Toshiba Canvio Basics 3.0 from Amazon. The hard drive has stopped working for some reason any (I drop or something, it simply stopped working).
Of course, I was trying to use my warranty to repair or Exchange it, but the Web of Toshiba site does not recognize my serial number and product number. They are just there, black and white on the sticker on the back of my hard drive, but the site says they are not valid.
Someone has an idea what is happening? I would rather not throw 50 euros by the window for less than two months of use.
Product number is HDTB105XK3AA - and not to HDTB105 * E * K3AA like some sites say (including Amazon).

You are right; Satellite A100-208 is not listed in the site Options & accessories
Why? Who knows maybe the database needs to be updated.But not don t worry. As you have already said the Satellite A100-208 is a part of the series PSAA2E. I found the unit A100-204 on the site Options & accessories and it s the same series as A100-208!

Hi, my cd/dvd drive used to work fine, now when I put a cd or dvd it does not and will not play. The first thing that I would recommend before you do the radical and re install Windows or upgrade to Windows 7, is to make sure that you have backed up your files. Make sure that you have a separate player and follow the steps described in this article.To be honest, it sounds like the drive has gone wrong at this stage. Normally, this sounds like it would be a driver problem, but if you have uninstalled them and are 100% sure that you have installed the good and still no joy, so I think we can exclude.Have you tried several discs in the drive, correct? It is not just a problem with the special CD that you use right?I would say your best bet is at this time to try another drive on the machine, especially if you do not want to go through the hassle of reinstalling Windows. You may be surprised how well they come these days. The last of them, that I bought on Amazon (I think) was a little more than $25 in the United States. -
I had this problem for weeks and only recently someone told me that it is perhaps for this reason.
I tried several things to fix, and one of those who created an error where when I clicked on drive E in Windows Explorer, it looks like:E:\ application not found
So, in the end, I wiped my computer and everything on it and rebooted again.
IT TOOK FOUR HOURS.
So, I've set up the computer as I did when I got it 2 years ago, and everything was fine. I could insert a disc, it reads that and I was able to install my game, no problems.
Now, I have reset everything up, and there are more than 2000 updates to update installed. So I did.
SO NOW, after all this, which took another TWO HOURS - he does not all disks again.
I play the Sims 3 - fiercely - and so I tried to re - install all my expansion packs, but it does not now.
I DON'T want to make that whole process again and install all my games before updating Windows, because I believe, even if I did that, once I've updated, I can't play the game, because my laptop does not recognize that the game disc is there.

The Explorer does not recognize my DVD drive
My system suddenly stopped recognizing my DVD drive. Windows Explorer does not recognize. Device Manager says there are and that the driver is up-to-date.
