The YouTube app no longer works on KDL-55W800A after upgrade to FW PKG3.009GAA

Since I upgraded my FW from the TV to the PKG3.009GAA version, the youtube app does not start on the TV.

It is stuck on the screen of the original logo and does not move.

Before the FW I could access my TV youtbe.

I know that the internet works very well, because I can use Skype and the rest of the thin applications of SEN.

Is this a bug introduced in the new FW? Is it possible to go back to the old FW?

You cannot go back to an older firmware once the TV has been updated. I would suggest trying a reset TV factory and see if that corrects the problem. For instructions on performing a reset, please visit this site:

    I have a KDL 46EX645 and had problems with the wireless card. After replaced by sony (thanks by the way), I noticed that this new (refurbished) unit has something to do with the app youtube every time I play a video, the watermark 'play' stays on the screen for the duration of the video. There was an update in the youtube api which has not been corrected yet in the Sony software? Or is it a problem with my TV? I was wondering because it is not really interesting to use the youtube app if you watch a watermark of giant game on the center of the image for the duration of the video.

    On an unrelated note, my new refurbed tv came with a right of red pixel stuck in the center of the screen. Sony would repair such a thing? I guess that the internet access is better than not not, but having a red pixel distracting during each dark scene is not ' ideal either. The previous TV had a picture perfect, and I feel like if it was refurbed would mean that they had seen the image until they sent it and just decided to send it to me this way anyway. I know what the question would go into another subforum, but I was just curious. Thank you.

    We are aware of the PLAY icon that appear throughout the duration of the YouTube videos. This issue is being considered by the team of engineers from Sony. However, you can try to reset the TV and check if it helps.

    In order to reset the TV, turn it off > unplug the power cord from the wall outlet > connect the power cord after 60 seconds > turn ON the TV.

    A refurbished or remanufactured unit is one that is not an original, a unit of plant; It would have been by a complete re-work and inspection and, with the exception of possible minor cosmetic defects, return to the original factory specifications.

  • YouTube links are not open in the youtube app

    I had browser chrome installed and uninstalled it., now no link in youtube App. whenever I have click on the links to youtube, it says will open in the browser? I can't cause I uninstalled the app chrome. I tried to disable the opening with chrome button, I tried to uninstall and reinstall youtube, I reset all my settings. Nothing will work.

    I have a similar problem, but I've never installed chrome, nor have I never changed any default action for the YouTube app or browser.  Simply, this started happening about 2 or 3 weeks, probably after an update, but I can't be sure exactly when.  All I know is that when posting a video of the YouTube app on my iPad Air, if there is a link to another video, for example "https://YouTub.be/RaND0mStr1NG" by clicking on the link causes a pop-up dialog asking, ' open in browser? Yes or cancel.  Simply click Cancel close the pop up with no additional effect.  Made by clicking Yes.  The dialog box closes and nothing happens.  However, if you go to one of these videos in safari and do the same thing, this time the dialog box is "open in the YouTube app or cancel. Choose open in app launches the application and play the video. I have found no solution on the YouTube forums that seem especially geard settle the creators and their unjust withdrawal problems (OB) but for zero on the iOS app and how to solve this problem. I took to grans screen which I can then use to read and manually type the link so I can watch related videos.  What a pain!  Someone must have a solution, but the search for this problem gives little tomnothing aside from how YouTube works in a browser.  I don't want that it works in a browser, it already does.  I want to work in the application, as it has also recently done a month ago.

    My HP plugged music app no longer works on my Pavilion 15.  Whenever I open it, it loads then immediately minimizes itself.  When I maximize, it seems to load a few seconds then is reduced again.  I haven't downloaded anything or modified system settings before this problem, so I don't know why it does.

    I did a system restore, made no difference.  I was about to uninstall and then reinstall the app, but I can't seem to find in the Windows store (didn't when I typed "HP plugged music").

    I noticed that all my other applications are still working fine.  I also noticed that on the HP website, he states that this product is not available in the United States is that true?  What is the problem?  It came with the laptop when I bought it a few months ago.  Help, please.

    I bought an app in July 2013 which worked perfectly until iOS 9 is out and now its more important feature no longer works. After waiting for months for the developer to get a fix that I have finally given up and on to contact them via an email that I found on the page "about" of the app to see if they can provide a fix or a refund, their response was simply that Apple would be one that could provide a refund. When I go to the Apple page, only my recent purchases to appear - how can I contact Apple for a refund as their support numbers redirects calls me to the Web site for itunes support where this app does not appear! And I'm really sad that this app no longer works and annoyed at Apple because I can't downgrade the OS version so that the application can run again.

    While exploring the Tablet do I tried the full device encryption and although I like the idea and safety, that is there are a few small enough reasons (not a subject of this thread) why I decided to go back to an unencrypted configuration. Interpreted data factory reset on the Tablet, just as it was before, re-installed applications that I had, and everything worked without any problem, for the most part. The a time-killer app, that I bought for those long hours on flights was the Angry Birds HD (free publicity) and once the reset Tablet app no longer works. When you try to start it I get is this message pop up:

    "We are sorry; It seems that you are not allowed to run this application. Please make sure that connect you to App Shop Lenovo to validate the app purchase"

    Well, it appears in 'My applications' Sub 'All' and 'Uninstalled' (which is weird, because it is really installed) tabs, I can download and re-install all this I want but I ever get is the pop-up message above when I try to run it. Not received any feedback from Lenovo App Shop for people in of the problem report, I sent, nor anything useful to MobiHand (at least they replied but with nothing more than a download link).

    Kinda stuck on this one at this point... There not so much the $4.99 ($5.99 CAD for a reason any), I paid for it, but it would be nice to have a running application or a refund, but if it is the standard of the apps purchased how to behave after a reset Tablet then we have a real problem...

    A few questions for you.

    Are you an edition to the HTML5 or SWF?

    Can you confirm that the widget is the most recent version? You can do this by clicking on the blue in the Properties Panel icon when you have the widget selected in the slide.

    The version should be 17. If not you will have to remove the widget from your slide, then reinsert the Interactions of learning.

    Also, can you confirm for me that the YouTube URL uses the correct structure? It should be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v= and not the shortened structure https://youtu.be/ .

    The difference between F11 and F12 previews is F11 shows a preview using HTML5 and present F12 to preview using the Flash. The final publication should be the same as the preview of F11, if you are publishing on HTML5, but you need to run a local web server or publish the file published on a server to ensure that everything works the same.     There is nothing to fix. If the video was recorded in an aspect ratio different that what is the screen of the phone, the difference is filled with back. You can sometimes see the same thing on TVs.
