  I live in Saskatchewan and have my Z10 date and time set to Sask-6. I'm going for the calendar, create a new event, enter the time as 07:30 and save. The calendar shows the event at 08:30. If you select the item and edit it, it is properly the list at the time as 07:30. I guess that there is a bug with the time (time never changes in Saskatchewan), and I can't find any setting to disable the time change.

  I have BB z10 stl100-1 and I had never updated my device with an official firmware. I had the version 10.2.0 * and I tried to update phone, then I tried to update to link to BB, but it says I have the latest version, but I know that's not everytime. Why BB does not officially updated the device? Its a long time since BB 10.2.1 released.

  Why I can't install just the os developer or leak? Why it does not download the full official OS on the site?  I bought this phone and thought that it will be official support, but it sucks, no official update.

  Official update releases are completely at your operator, not BlackBerry. Your carrier Gets the update, then proceeds to test and evaluate it for sometimes weeks or months before you release it to you. The fact that you have not 10.2.1 surprises me because I thought he was out just about everyone now.

  A couple of things to try: remove your SIM card and disable the location Services on your phone and then plug it into your computer and go to the www.blackberry.com/update of your browser.   Try this,

  Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most defects and errors of operating system, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

  Now, after the reboot, it gives five minutes for synchronization to calm and a phone call to the test data set.

• Z10 frequent spontaneous restart of the Z10 blackBerry

  I started noticing that my Z10 restarts randomly so that I am carying in my pocket at least a couple of times a week. Given that I have to enter my pin code to activate the phone again I'm not reachable as long I have not noticed the restart which is quite annoying, of course.

  At first, I thought it was the battery bad contact, but I can move battery with my hand and the phone continues to operate. So I thought that it was a software bug.

  Now, I have discovered that I am able to reproduce easily the restart by applying a soft phone force as if turning the phone with both hands (like wringing a wet towl). I don't even have twist hard.

  Everyone knows the same problem? What do you have on this?

  I lost the receipt so I doubt I can return to the store.

  Fold a small piece of paper and place it along the top of the battery (at the top, opposite the end with the contacts). See the image below where are the Red arrows.

  Try a few days and see if restarts persists.

  

• Z10 blackBerry a way to disable the bluetooth handset and use activate streaming audio only?

  I use bluetooth in my car to make or receive phone calls and it only allows you to stream Pandora.  On my previous BBs, I was able to disable the handset function and just use streaming, but I'm not find similar options on the Z10.  Does anyone know how to do this? Right now I just turn off my stereo when I receive a call, but this isn't a good solution.  Thanks for any comments.

  The Z10 BlackBerry doesn't have the option to edit what services are allowed with a Bluetooth connection.

  Depending on your vehicle, you will need to access your Bluetooth set up or the settings in the dashboard of your car to control what features are Bluetooth-enabled.

  If you don't know how to access these settings, contact your dealer or see your owner's manual.

• BlackBerry software is there any REP RIM here? They have noticed what is happening? I can't move the Z10 to Q10 data

I can not switch device of Z10 to Q10, 1 he says my old software a Q10, I've updated to the latest, now it says please make sure that my device is connected and try again, I press Retry and still failed to detect (to restore the data from backup Z10 to Q10) other than that, it can detect my Q10.

  Laughable poor camera on 9900 I cannot take pictures of receipts and documents, and I have to charge 3 times per day (this is supposed to be a 'mobile phones'? I'm always done with flat battery when I'm mobile, and I stuck on the charger for hours waiting to load)

  I like most of the devices are 9700 and 9780, with the exception of the Office Manager who is not the automatic text backup. Great camera, battery life.

  For BB10 was not an evolution of BBOS... it is completely new, and unfortunately they do not take all considerations of preliminary design and use them when they created BB10 and he has associated with sets of tools.

• Z10 blackBerry cannot edit Gmail Calendar

  Work with a calendar in gmail:

  If I go into settings/accounts/Set Defaults and choose a calendar gmail account, can I use the voice command to create new calendar entries, or just type in the new calendar of events.  It works very well.

  But I can't change any of these Agenda Gmail on the Z10 entries.  the only option I have is special.

  If I change the default calendar at home (Local calendar), then I can change the calendar entry after its creation on the Z10.

  I saw the same thing. Calendars have been added via CalDAV? Seems those that are read-only, or at least they were for me.

  I deleted all the and set up my Google as EAS account. Then, I followed the workaround on CrackBerry and all my calendars in sync. Unable to add participants, but at least I have all my events on my calendar.

  So I tried my Z10 with a Playbook and it works just great...

  BUT

  When I try to voice chat with BB9900 of my wife, I connect but I can't send any voice... it sounds right back at me... meanwhile, I can hear his voice from the BB990

  She hears any voice on the BB9900 come the Z10...

  Looks like a street in a sense...

  Any suggestions?

  RESOLVED SOLUTION...

  Basically, we are troubleshooting-made this problem... We took the bb9900 and the Z10 to a local coffee shop and tested... the voice of BBM worked perfectly and even made voice with the other BB9900, curve and 9800 users contact...

  So we came back home and contacted the ISP provider and tested the system of the router... it turns out that the router is older than 5 years and needed a new...

  The Protocol should be put to WPA WEP-64 to get things to work... we used a separate DLINK router to test this hypothesis... and it worked fine...

  It was not the Blackberry phones... It was a router problem... and the ISP provider is replacement for us...

  For those facing similar problems... diagnosis by eliminating variables works...

  I am running Windows XP and Office Professional 2007.

  I had the phone for over a year and only recently developed this problem. I uninstalled my programs BlackBerryLink and my downloads and re-installed 3 times. Whenever I try to sync it takes 19-22 minutes 'have the BlackBerry schedule status information"before the error message appears. I checked and the calendars only synchronization are home and BBLink.

  @BlackBerryHelp sent me to a knowledge base article blck.by/1wEvCts on Lotus Notes even after that I told him 3 times I used Outlook not Lotus Notes. Then they told me to contact "Windows".

  So far, I missed 1 very important meeting because the appointment was not in my phone. Help, please! I love my Q5 BB and I REALLY need my calendars in sync!

  The options are limited.  If you call Microsoft at 1 (800) 642-7676 I think they will tell you the same thing.  I don't know what to suggest because Windows XP is no longer supported, and the runtime may be outdated.
