• Limit on the expansion of network?

  I have 3 AirPort Extreme base stations, 2 are 5th generation and a 3rd generation. I also have an AirPort Express in the mixture.   100 feet is quite far away... even if you have line of sight between the main airport and the airports of their extension. If there are walls on the signal path, get a good signal for extending airport is going to be quite a challenge.

  The golden rule for the placement of an airport that will extend wireless is the place to a point that is about halfway between the airport and the area that needs more wireless coverage.  For example, if you need more wireless coverage has a few rooms at the other end of the House, extending airport would be located in between the main airport and the other end of the House.

• Security for the family - windows live essentials vs windows 8 (Central reports seems to be lost)

We are talking 2 different and separate, versions or what I need to configure something?

  As for your second question, you can use it as a main administrator account. You can remove the old local account, but you have backup your files, and the new master account must have full administrator privileges.

• How can I limit the amount of memory consumed by snapshots

  Is there a way to limit the amount of storage space that each VM is allowed to use through clichés?  For example-, I create a virtual machine with a 50 GB hard drive, using a provisioning.  Snapshots are taken regularly, until the size of the hard disk of the virtual machine plus size of all of his shots is 100 GB.  Assume that 100 GB is all the storage I want to allow any virtual machine to consume on the SAN.  Can I create a parameter through VMware or a tool of management of open source, which will be shot at 100 GB and prevent the snapshots taken once reached the limit of 100 GB?   I'm looking for a parameter that can be defined once and applied to all virtual machines in the environment.

  as far as I know, this is not possible. You can set permission on the question of whether a user has the features of snapshot, but you cannot set a quota, etc. You cannot control the number of snapshots, a user might take or how much it can grow by. A single snapshot can develop up to the initial size of the virtual machine.

  VMware has an interesting poll on the management of the snapshot some time ago and some of the questions can suggest future features that could allow a type of instant control growth, etc. We will have to wait and see, but as it is today, it is not configurable. You can probably write scripts to monitor these virtual machines and after reaching a threshold, you can draw attention to it and maybe disable the snapshot feature but that will not stop a snapshot to give more if there are major changes in delta.

• Opera support & height limit of screenshots

  Overall, BrowserLab is a great product. Only, I have two problems with it:

  1. lack of support for the Opera browser (I know this is not popular in the United States, but it is much more popular in Europe, reaching 10 to 15% of market share in Central Europe).

  2 height limit (about 4000 pixels I think?) for the screenshots - why is it necessary? Sometimes Web sites rich in content, the pages are more than that and it is impossible to test.

  Thanks for your comments. I will pass on your comment about Opera along to our product manager and see what we can do about it.

  As far as your 2nd question goes, the reason is due to a current limitation of the Flash Player which limits the images we can treat 4095 pixels by max aside. We have some ideas how to get around this limitation, but it's going to take a lot of work on our part and therefore is not likely to happen in the near future. I can assure you that this issue is on our radar and is a limitation that we want to get it over with.

  I'm not aware of do what you want.  You can post your comments directly to Apple using the menu item "numbers > provide Feedback numbers.

  You can still use the key combinations:

  < command > + < right arrow > to access at the end of a line

  < command > + < left arrow > to move to the beginning of a line

  < command > + < down > to pass at the end of a column

  < command > + < arrow > to move to the beginning of a column

  Hello. You use a profile which may limit your flexibility? If so, it will be located in the settings > general > profile. What happens if you disable restrictions completely?
