  As noted with regard to my other post, the reader does not provide a PDF printer. The Adobe PDF printer belongs to Acrobat. Many programs (apparently Chrome being one and the plugin for MS OFFICE 2007 and later) provide PDF conversions. However, those who are not Adobe, but the part of this application package. Several good PDF creation tools are also available on the web. Acrobat provides much more than a simple PDF creation, like forms. However, for the creation of PDF with the drive, you will have to either rely on the ability of the application, get a 3rd party tool, or buy Acrobat. If the Adobe PDF printer was supplied with the drive, then Adobe would cut their throats for sales of Acrobat - so don't expect such an option.

  If you have the Firefox button, you can access your favorites by pressing Alt to temporarily activate the menu bar. You can also go to Firefox > Options and activate the menu bar full-time. You can also open your favorites using the hotkey Ctrl + B.

  If you want to permanently add a bookmarks button to the toolbar, you should watch section of the Knowledge Base on the customization of the toolbar.

  Hi Pauline,

  First of all, let's make sure that you have only the taskbar at the bottom and not additional toolbars.  Right-click on the Start button and click on properties.  Go to the tab bar tasks and do not forget to uncheck lock the taskbar if it is checked and click on apply.  Go to the tab tool bars.  Make sure that nothing is checked, unless you want the quick launch icons to show. This is normally what appears next to the start menu and is a quick way to see and start programs of your choice - you can add or remove icons at your convenience as follows: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Add-or-remove-programs-on-the-Quick-Launch-toolbar.  If that's what you want to see (and which resembles what you want to get rid of), uncheck this box as well.  Click OK and the quick launch icons should be gone (but have been recorded and can be added by simply re - check the box).  Personally, I find them very useful, but if you don't them want, then you can remove them as described above - it's entirely your choice.

  Secondly, you say that it is in two rows.  This is probably because of two bars of additional tools, either because the taskbar has been extended to two lines instead of one.  If it is still two rows, then if you deleted all the toolbars, it is because the taskbar are expanded.  Right-click on an empty area of the taskbar and make sure Lock the taskbar are not checked - if so, uncheck the box.  Now hover your mouse on the top edge of the taskbar until it turns into a line with an arrowhead at each end and click the left mouse button and drag the taskbar to the bottom until it comes only one line (or up if you want to make three or more lines - your choice).  Release the mouse button and that will be your new taskbar.  You can lock it if you like by checking the lock the taskbar (as described above to unlock the taskbar - just click and a check mark will appear to indicate that it is locked) - this is for you.  Personally, I keep it unlocked so I can change more quickly - but it's a personal choice that everyone else does.

  There is unfortunately no way to do this without using a replacement of the third party.

  One of the most popular workarounds must simply turn on the Quick Launch bar. You can put the toolbar QL next to the Start Menu and then copy the folder of programs (all programs) on this toolbar that will give you the cascading effect.

  See the post below for the steps to add the QL toolbar.

  Once this done, go to Start, then right-click all programs , and then selectopen all users. This will take you to the folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start start\program . This is the location where the shortcuts that appear in all the user accounts, theall programs folder.

  Copy this folder in: C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

  Go toStart, all programs right click and select Open. This will take you to the
  Record of C:\Users\your start\program name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start.
  This is the folder where shortcuts that appear only in the all programs to your specific user account folder is located.

  Copy this folder in:C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

• No option to align on the Format menu in Dreamweaver CM³

  I downloaded and installed version of Dreamweaver CC track about 15 days ago.  Today, I bought (perhaps a mistake) DW CC. When you try to use the command of text align, there is no alignment command in the Format menu.

  I have taken a class DW this semester and available in the classroom and the laboratory DW have both this command located under the Format menu.

  Online help on the topic of formatting text, using online instructions indicate to underline the text, go to the Format menu > align, etc., etc.  Well, guess what?  It is not on my copy.

  I'm doing something wrong or is there something wrong with my copy of DW CC?

  Align is deprecated coding - news yesterday. Adobe removed the option of more recent versions of DW.

• When I activate a plugin in Firefox 4 disable Word appears next to the name of software plugin. How can I stop this from happening?

  I use Win 7 and just upgraded to Firefox 4. In my plugin section, when I activate a program, the word disabled immediately appears next to the program name. This happens to every program plugin I have.
  So, when I use Firefox and the need for a plugin is necessary, I received a message telling me that this program is disabled even if the word activate will still appear on the plugin line. I never had this problem in one of the Firefox 3 browsers. How can I fix this problem?

  It could be that the plugin you are trying activate is not compatible with Firefox 4 and leaves people with reduced mobility.

  If a plugin is disabled, it will have the word "enable" next to him; There is a button for you to click to activate the plugin, and not a label describing the status of plugin.

• Cannot move photos from one folder to another, because there is already a file with the same name

  I store all of my photos on an external hard drive (I have save sometimes).
  On this record, there are a bucket, with all the pictures.
  But in this bucket, there are several small buckets.

  I want pictures of these small buckets for the largest bucket.
  I understand that they are "already there"- but I just want to have all in one place.
  I need is these small buckets, because they do not really use more.

  I'm able to drag + drop some of the photos in the larger bucket, but not all of them.
  When I transferred a small group of pictures, I get a popup box telling me that some of my photos cannot be transferred.
  This is because a file already exists in the destination with this name.
  But the file name is actually for a different photo.

  

  I understand WHY Lightroom protects me against this problem.
  But I can't find a way to move these images and rename them at the same time.

  I managed to move a SINGLE photo at a time and "keep two copies" option.
  But then LR renames the file 'IRK_1234.copy. NAVE"or something like that.
  I don't want that. I would like to rename it to something like "IRK_1234 - x.NEF", where the hyphen-x is the next available number.

  Is there an elegant way to do it?

  You can't display the favicons using the SQLite Manager extension.
