You may need to reset your preferences of hearing files stored in C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Audition\5.0. If you rename this folder in 5.0.bak that hearing won't find it when you open the next time if it will recreate a new settings with the default settings folder. See if hearing then works as expected.

I'm having a problem with the FireFox browser. I have attached two files that describe the problem. I have marked their A & B. A is how it should look like and B what happens once I have, I opened several tabs. I can get it back to normal if I click VIEW, click Customize. When the window customize appears that Firefox returns to its normal state. I have to click on the done button and go back to what I did. I tried to reset FireFox back to the default settings, but that has not fixed the problem.
It started happening a month. Is there a way I can fix this? Thanks for your help. I don't know how to fix my 2 attachments that shows the problem I'm having.

I'm on windows 7 64 bit and when I try to save a site by double clicking on the icon star on the address bar, bookmark box flickers power on and off and then disappears. I did some research and found that the default theme is the cause. I installed a different theme and the problem goes away and that's why I don't know the root cause. Try to uncheck the box next to 'use acceleration hardware when available' in the Options. Worked for me!

When I go to email, I get the Inbox. I can't access other folders such as 'sent items' or 'spam' however and when I go back to inbox I get the same message. The problem is only with firefox - no internet explore. I tried to reset firefox and default settings without effect.
Clear your cache and cookies (for the site concerned) to see if that makes a difference.

- PressCTRL/CMD + SHIFT + DELETE
- Select "time range to clear" at all

Clear Cookies
