But I still get the MBR error. The disc is represented and it did not find any problems and I wanted to reinstall windows back to the factory. 3. let the computer restart (boot) from the DVD.
4. If you are prompted, press a key to continue.
5. When you reach the screen install Windows, select your preferences in the language to install, time and currency format and keyboard or input method boxes, and then click Next.
6. do not click on install now. Instead, click on repair your computer. The System Recovery Options dialog box appears.
7. make sure that the appropriate operating system is selected, and then click Next.
8. After you click Next, the System Recovery Options menu appears.
9. click on command prompt.
10. type devmgmt.msc and press enter
