  im running windows 7 on a HP Probook 6540 b, im the only one using the computer so I wanted to skip the log on screen, here's what I did I press the Windows key + r and type "control passwords2" in the command box that appeared and unchecked users must enter a user name and password to use this computer not even start in safe mode to help me back

  The correct command is actually 'control userpasswords2', not "control passwords2".  And before you uncheck "users must enter a user name and password", you need to click on the name of the account under which you want to log.

  When I opened TB, I don't see no information on the TB account that I used for years. Instead, the main menu shows only 'accounts'-'Create a new account - Email, Chat, newsgroup, feed'. Option: "view settings for this account" does NOT appear.

  Also the main menu does NOT appear "Email - messages, write a new Message" or "Advanced functions", etc...

  Real emails regarding the TB account I used for years are still present in the "users-> xxxxyyyy-> AppData-> Roaming-> Thunderbird' folder."

• HP envy 5530: E print app on my phone says this printer does not exist.

  If you get this error message when you try to add the printer to the application using the ePrint printer e-mail address, then follow the steps below.

  1. Please delete the app on your mobile device.
  2. Please turn off your camera mobile for a total of 30 seconds, and then power back on, please.
  3. Once your mobile device has completed its startup routine please download and install the application again.
  4. Please activate the application using your personal email address.

  Restart the computer by pressing the F8 key - it may take you in Mode safe

  Press Ok

  From the Mail menu bar, you select

  I had the same problem and I just solve it.

  • Try to open your laptop in safe mode by:
  • Press + I to display the menu of charm.
  • Click the Power Options icon, and then hold down the SHIFT key while you click the Restart option. Keep now shift until the screen shows it restarts.
  • On the first screen that appears, select troubleshooting, and then select Advanced Options. Finally, choose the boot settings and click Restart.
  • On the next screen, press the number 4 to choose Safe Mode.

  • Stand the built in Administrator account account.
  • go to control panel and open user accounts and family safety.
  • Open change the type of account , click your account.
  • Open again to change the type of account from there that mark on administrator.

  Now, the problem should be solved just restart the laptop and open it in the usual way.
