"This document cannot print" ball during printing, accompanaied by intermittent corrupted characters

Ball of task printer icon appears several times during the printing of certain documents. Error message content is "this cannot print document." Document print, although slowly. Less often on more simple documents, more often on large documents or complex. If the printer is open, the printer status changes from 'impression' to "offline connection-printing" whenever the ToolTip is displayed. Corrupted characters appear in the output of printing on several lines in the document.

computer is HP Pavilion a 450n (Pentium 4, 3 GHz, 1 GB ram), Win XP Pro (Version 2002, w / SP3); the printer is HP LaserJet5P. The combination has run together for years without this problem. Problem started a while back the SP3 installed, don't know if it of related or not.

A "quick" fix that worked for me was to uninstall Adobe... and download Adobe Reader 11.0 installation base.

Then download each individual updates and run them sequentially.

I installed back to the last update of security which is version 08 and were able to register under normal operations.

You will need to disable the automatic updates to keep up with the 08 version, until Adobe fixes this problem in a future release.

    Hello

I use the printer HP K5400 on a Windows XP PC. I have problems consistent when I print documents from any software I use for example Word, PDF and images. When I try to print, the printer prints half a page, then spits out another page with weird symbols on top. When I start to print, a bubble on the screen tells me that the document cannot print. This problem applies only to this PC the printer works perfectly with other laptops. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer and the usual in him reconnecting and resetting the computer, but none worked. How can I solve this problem?

Changes: I installed the "full functionality" print driver available on hp.com for Windows 8

    Description:

When I send a Word Document to print the C4780 will spit on white paper.  I think that the ink levels are cool, but when I try to check the ink levels using the Toolbox "printer" in the HP Solution Center, I see the error message (see above).

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver updated several times now. Whenever the installation seems to have success, but it does not solve the problem.  I also tried to install the driver of "basic" printing for the Photosmart series, but I still have the same question.

  • Certified documents cannot be combined?

We get the Electronic Signatures of the doctors to send them into a PDF file combined with the State of Medicaid.  However these "certified" PDFs uncombinable.

We use Adobe Acrobat to combine these files and the specific error we receive is, "certified documents cannot be merged.".

These PDF files can still be secure and can be combined.  It indicates that this document cannot be changed and wouldn't do not change it, but want to combine in a larger PDF file.

Now, we are by default internet explore Acrobat preferences not to open a PDF file in the browser, then save them as TIFF and merger of those.

No work around to make sure that the attributes of PDF signature remain intact when requiring to combine these documents?

    Thank you

Echosign signed documents are the two password security protected too well documented to prevent modification of the signed pdf file. Combining documents is considered change in this permission set.

If you were able to combine documents signed, the signature on the original document would be subsequently extended to the combined document.

My advice would be to make other documents that you use to combine with the signed document, the original agreement is applicable,

EchoSign allows you to download several documents in a single transaction, Echosign will combine the individual documents for you.

  • Pop-up ball "this document has been sent to the printer." appears even after printing has been cancelled?

    Hello.

I have a question about printing, the print cancellation and popup alerts in the taskbar on the print job.

So, there were already a few documents waiting to be printed online (and print them) when I clicked on my document to print.

But before my document to print, I decided to cancel it. I deleted my document from the list.

I thought it was her - when you cancel a print job (remove the document selected in the list), the computer don't forget on this subject and that the document is not printed.

I was surprised when I got back to the computer about an hour later to find a notification pop up, ball, alert, printer emerging from the printer in the taskbar icon - the alert said: "this document was sent to the printer. (with the name of my document) (But a paper printed my document be found.)

    What does that mean?

This is a public computer and other computers were connected to the same printer as well - with people printing at the time their company, I canceled mine.

It made me think that there is a chance that my document has been printed somehow despite the fact that I cancelled (but that is not entirely possible)?

And that maybe someone by mistake, took my document with them after they finished their impression?

But I still think that when you cancelled printing your document in the related window, it's a closed work and that the document is never printed. Is this correct?

So my main question is if the message pop-up means "this document was sent to the printer."?

It (the alert) has in fact been delayed and he should have appeard at the precise moment I hit 'print' on my document?

That said this message: only literally only by clicking on "print" a document sent to the printer (but it can always be undone later)? Or this message also pointed out that the print job has been run?

(I have read on this message a lot and learned that you can get rid of it, but I'm more interested in its meaning; I have not found almost anything on this subject again.)

I know my question is looooong (when it's not that complicated, really :), but I would really like to clarification (mostly because it was a public computer, and I can't check on what happened with my doc (if anything even made)).)

P.s.: this is Windows 7 on this computer.

P.p.s.: is there a way to see how many times a document has been printed in a PDF?

Thank you in advance for an answer.

This means that the file was transmitted during the printer, but that the cancel command, you sent were received before the printer actually print.  This is a normal situation.

With regard to how to see in a PDF document, how many times it has printed, no.

  • Instant message "this document failed", Epson SX415, it print but takes 20 minutes +.

Would really appreciate the help. Whenever I try to print a Word document, there is a pop up Windows saying: "this document has no.." and the Epson box remains direct printing prints (usually) but takes an excessive amount of time (about 20 minutes).

I: uninstalled/reinstalled, run the utility of Windows troubleshooting, maintenance on the printer (printer seems fine, nozzle, copy etc check), tried changing USB ports, tried Epson troubleshooting, obviously checked all cables, etc.

I'm out of knowledge of where to go next, but unfortunately looks like a PC problem rather than the problem of the printer (printer is 3 months old, this just started to happen during the last two weeks).

You cannot change the scanned document as you would for a normal Word document. The computer sees it as an image. You can get a PDF Editor and make comments, highlights and other, but you can make a Word document.
